She was stunned that Grace was standing.

She turned, took the sunglasses off Ethan's face, and smiled warmly.

"Now that your eyes have healed, you won't need to wear these when we go out anymore."

Grace then patted her own thigh.

"And my legs are better, too. From now on, we should take more walks around the neighborhood. We need to see which gossips are spreading rumors behind people's backs."

Grace sat back down in the wheelchair and met Abigail's incredulous gaze with a small smile.

"And let me give you a piece of advice. Don't go around spreading stories you can't verify. One of these days, you might end up just like them, getting a slap in the face."

With that, Ethan pushed Grace away.

Abigail stood frozen, trembling with rage, the color drained from her face.
