“Dad, Gilbert.”
Natalie called out, pointing toward Jordan’s office. “Jordan’s in there, and I have no idea what’s going on. The door’s locked and it’s been almost an hour. Work’s about to end and he still hasn’t come out.”
“I was worried he might’ve passed out or something. I couldn’t break the door down by myself, so I called you guys. I didn’t know what else to do.”
Her dad and brother didn’t hesitate for a second. Both of them rushed over, thinking something serious had happened, and started kicking the door as hard as they could.
Inside, Jordan and Malvina were tangled up in the break room.
Lately, Mandy had been hanging around Jordan non-stop, showing up at the office every day with excuses just to see him. Malvina was definitely jealous.
The moment Mandy left, Malvina went straight into Jordan’s office. She had planned to play hard to get a little longer, but that idea disappeared fast. In the heat of the moment, they crossed the line.
Jordan, caught up in the excitement and thinking there was still plenty of time before work ended, wanted to go for another round. Suddenly, loud banging echoed from the office door.
Guilt hit them both in an instant.
They scrambled to get dressed. Jordan threw his clothes on as fast as possible and kept telling Malvina to hurry up. When she was finally ready, they both took a second to try and look normal before leaving the break room. Jordan sat back down at his desk and told Malvina to go open the door.
Malvina headed over, but the second she unlocked it, two powerful kicks landed right in her stomach. The force knocked her backward and she crashed to the floor, clutching her stomach in pain.
Her dad and brother had been kicking the door with everything they had. When it suddenly swung open, they couldn’t stop themselves and ended up kicking Malvina instead.
Malvina’s cry of pain froze everyone for a split second. Her dad and brother rushed into the office, only to find Jordan sitting behind his desk, looking completely fine. Not unconscious, not sick, just... normal.
