Hearing Liam’s suggestion, Jasper stood in the center of the conference room and looked at me

involuntarily.

I felt a spark of interest in this young man. Since Liam recommended him so highly, I had to test him personally.

“Since you want to act so badly,” I leaned back in my chair, looking at the young werewolf struggling against adversity, “I’ll give you a chance.

Jasper’s expression shifted slightly, but his deep eyes quickly regained their calm.
