Jared had originally planned to take his men to Percy’s place and snatch Natasha away tonight.

But instead, he saw Natasha and Percy leaving together in the same car.

He immediately told his chauffeur to follow them.

He watched as Natasha and Percy got out of the car together and started walking down the street.

“Go ahead and order, I’m not hungry,” Natasha said to Percy, who was sitting across from her.

Natasha thought to herself, ‘Food doesn’t matter to me.

What matters is who I’m sharing this meal with.

‘But he’s not the one I actually want to see.’

“I’m starving!” Percy said.

Percy flashed a teasing smile. “Let me take care of it and order for you.”

“I’m going to the restroom,” Natasha said.

She opened the window, actually considering jumping out to make her escape.

As she got to her feet, a tall, imposing figure stepped right into her view.

“Wait, you?” she blurted out, stunned.
