Chapter 128 I Have an Idea

(How shameless can Layla get? Throwing her dress at the Quetzalcoatlus. She chases after males, and now she’s going after beasts too?]

[What kind of messed-up logic is that? Are you even grown?]

[Everyone knows all contestants were searched before landing. Layla only brought two outfits with her and this white dress wasn’t one of them.]

[I told you Layla cheated! She knew the show was on Planet A13, showed up early, hid extra/supplies, and tried to lure the Quetzalcoatlus! She pissed it off, and that’s why it’s hunting her!]

[Are you guys even serious?]

[Someone is clearly framing Layla! They snuck her clothes into the Quetzalcoatlus’ nest and did something to enrage it!]

[As if! Who would go through all that trouble just for Layla? You think the whole world is out to get her?]

[You Stellights just hate Layla no matter what, don’t you?]

“So you’re saying someone snuck Layla’s clothes into the Quetzalcoatlus’ nest, and that’s why all this started?” Fiona wasn’t stupid. She connected the dots the second she laid eyes on the dress.

“Not only that,” Blaze said. “When we got there, we found broken eggshells inside the nest. All the fluid had leaked out.”

“It tasted pretty decent,” Seren added off to the side.

Avery shot Seren a sharp look. “Shut up.”

Blaze kept going, “So someone destroyed the Quetzalcoatlus’ egg and framed Layla for it.”

[Oh my god, Seren actually tasted it!]

[Who the hell would do something this cruel?]

[Maybe Layla planned the whole thing herself!]

[Stellights, use your brains! Why would Layla do this?]

[For sympathy, obviously.]

[I can’t with their nonsense logic. Every argument just makes everyone dumber.]

“Yeah, but knowing this doesn’t actually fix anything, does it?” Michael spoke up from the side.

They still had no clue who broke the egg. Even if they did, the Quetzalcoatlus couldn’t understand them at all.

“I have an idea.” Talia rushed inside from outside, carrying a big bundle. She was sweating from running.

Chapter 128 I Have an idea

“What idea?” Fiona asked, desperate enough to try anything at this point.

Talia slammed the bundle down on the table with a heavy thud.

[Is Stella the only delicate female on this entire season?]

“What’s this?” Michael reached for the bundle, but Talia swatted his hand away.

“Don’t touch it. It’s toxic.”

Michael yelped and pulled his hand back fast.

“You wanna poison the Quetzalcoatlus? Will that even work?” Seren asked, scratching his head.

“You got any better plan?” Talia shot back.

Seren scratched his head again and stepped back. If he had a better idea, he wouldn’t just be standing around uselessly.

“I think it’ll work.” Blaze nodded. “We can send a Vanguard to deliver it. The Quetzalcoatlus is already weakened from its wounds and Prof. Slater’s venom. We just need to land the final blow.”

Blaze was their strongest fighter. If he said it would work, no one else was about to argue with him. They didn’t dare to.

Fiona hesitated for less than two seconds before her phone rang again, pressuring her nonstop. “Do it! We’re going with this plan!”

Meanwhile, inside the underwater cave, Layla asked George, “Don’t you have any healing medicine at all?”

Shane’s healing was visibly speeding up; his wounds had already stopped bleeding. But George’s tail wound was still steadily oozing blood.

At this rate, Layla was more worried he’d bleed out before he could get them up to the surface..

“The medical supplies the show gave to the males didn’t include any healing medicine,” George said.

Layla took a deep breath. She knew the show manufactured drama by playing favorites.

Even Shane’s group had no medicine either. But haven’t any of you males made your own this whole time?
