Beast Love Show: All For Her (by Sylvester Raven) novel Chapter 135

Chapter 135 I Get General Hartwell’s Charm Now

Worn out from fleeing Liam and Blaze earlier, the Quetzalcoatlus was still enraged at the sight of Layla, but it had barely any strength left. Its wingbeats had slowed down drastically, losing most of their power.

“Blaze, you got a weapon?” Layla called mid-air.

The second Layla appeared, the beast locked onto her completely, forgetting all about Blaze.

Blaze shifted back to human form, hunched over on his knees, gasping for breath. At Layla’s call, he pulled a combat knife from the pack on his back and tossed it up to her. “Catch!”

Layla caught the blade with her talons, spun around, and charged straight for the Quetzalcoatlus.

“Layla! Are you out of your mind?!” Liam roared, furious yet completely helpless. As a land beastkin with no long-range attacks, he was useless against a flying target. He couldn’t intervene at all.

Enraged by Layla daring to approach it, the beast dove at her even faster. Yet its speed was now only on par with Layla’s.

Still, the tiny pink spoonbill looked minuscule next to the colossal beast. The size gap between them was

enormous.

If they collided, Layla would be lucky to escape without every bone in her body shattered.

Right before impact, Layla tilted her wings sharply and soared upward.

The Quetzalcoatlus couldn’t adjust in time and kept barreling forward. The moment they passed each other, Layla shifted to human form and slammed down onto the beast’s back.

Even with her light weight, the exhausted beast staggered from the sudden impact.

Once it steadied itself, Layla drove her combat knife straight down.

Blood sprayed out, splattering across her face.

[Badass!]

[Anyone clip that dodge move? I could rewatch that forever!]

[I did! I’ll send it to you later. So sick! I have a feeling Layla’s winning this.]

[Nah, Layla’s gonna die. A quick lucky moment isn’t a win. She got lucky, but she really thinks she can take on a Quetzalcoatlus?]

[Your precious Stella won’t even admit she hopes Layla dies. She’s still stuck in production pretending to pray for her. Can you Stellights stop dragging her name through the mud?]

[Her fake praying act is so obvious. You didn’t catch her expression. If she was a better actress, she’d get way less hate online.]

[Just tuned in. Has Layla always been this cool? The girl everyone’s been bashing nonstop is this insane?]

Chapter 1351 Get General Hartwells Charm Now

[That’s her. Just wait, she’s definitely gonna win!]

The Quetzalcoatlus already had multiple open wounds on its back. It had been circling nonstop above the occan with no rest, so the wounds never closed and kept bleeding steadily.

If it weren’t for its enormous size, it would’ve bled out ages ago.

Now Layla could clearly see its blood had turned dark and thick.

Fighting up close, she could feel how weakened the beast truly was.

It had lost roughly seventy to eighty percent of its total strength.

Even so, taking it down was still far from easy for Layla.

Its body was far too massive. Her combat knife barely measured 7 inches. Without Shane’s venom and Yares’ toxic herbs, these wounds would be nothing but shallow scratches.

“We weakened it with poison! Just hold on a little longer, it’ll keep fading!” Blaze shouted up at her.

He pulled a bamboo bow and several bamboo arrows from his pack, drawing and aiming toward the sky.

But the beast began thrashing wildly mid-air, making vital spots nearly impossible to hit. Scared of striking Layla by accident, he hesitated to loose the arrow.

“Give me that!” Liam snapped, snatching the bow and arrows right from Blaze’s hands. “You had this with you this whole time and didn’t use it sooner?”

He/nocked an arrow in an instant. His usual laid-back expression vanished completely, replaced by deadly focus.

[I get General Hartwell’s charm now.]
