Beast Love Show: All For Her (by Sylvester Raven) novel Chapter 376

Chapter 376 Advantage

The show’s defenses would be woefully insufficient against a force that size.

The realization settled in Layla’s chest like a stone.

“How long until they arrive?” Oliver stepped forward, his voice steady.

Gavin hesitated, his eyes darting between them.

Without a word, Oliver plucked the berserker rage serum from Layla’s hand and held it aloft. His expression was utterly bland. “We only have two doses of this. If I smash this one right in front of you… how many does that leave?”

All hesitation vanished from Gavin’s face, replaced by pure panic.

“Less than four hours!” he blurted out.

Oliver considered this.

Four hours is workable.

Turning, he returned the precious vial to Layla and gave her shoulder a reassuring squeeze.

“I’ll alert the Galactic Guard. They’ll dispatch the nearest units.”

Given that Planet A13 was a remote world hosting a high-profile show with important contestants, security was already bolstered here.

As a member of the royal family, Oliver had direct channels.

Watching Oliver stride out of the wormhole, Layla turned her attention back to Gavin.

True to her word, she administered the berserker rage serum. She had mixed in a powerful sedative developed by Shane.

As the serum took hold, the familiar frog-like markings began to surface on Gavin’s skin.

But just as they did, his eyes rolled back, and he slumped into unconsciousness, a dreamy, slack-jawed expression frozen on his face.

“Stash him somewhere out of sight,” Layla instructed coolly.

Emily nodded, quickly helping to move the inert body.

Next were Nick and his gang, still battling the Wormhole Queen deeper within the cavern.

Gavin was small fry; the real threat was Roger, conspicuously absent from the fray.

A flicker of concern crossed Layla’s mind.

“Keep an eye out for Roger, that escaped convict we caught earlier. He hasn’t shown up today. Stay sharp,” she warned Emily.

Chapter 376 Advantage

Emily’s expression grew solemn as she acknowledged the danger.

The two women moved inward, following the sounds of a fierce struggle.

Inside, Leonard and Nick had shifted to their beast forms, claws and fangs flashing against the Wormhole Queen’s assaults.

Watching the Wormhole Queen fight now, Layla felt a chill.

Last time we fought, she was holding back. I never stood a chance against her full power.

“A little help here!” the Wormhole Queen called out, spotting them.

Hearing her voice, Nick glanced over his shoulder-just in time to see Layla’s blade arcing toward him.

A contemptuous smirk touched his lips.

Ordinary steel couldn’t pierce his hide.

But the searing pain that followed proved him wrong.

He stared, dumbfounded, at the deep, bloody gash now marring his flank.

This is the first time!

“Impossible…” he whispered, shock wiping the smirk from his face.

Layla didn’t give him time to process it. With a swift reverse grip, she thrust the point toward his throat.

Only a desperate swipe from Leonard’s tail knocked Nick aside, saving his life.

With Layla joining the fray, the tide turned decisively. The Wormhole Queen spread her wings, vibrating them at a frequency so high it became a weapon.

The sound drilled into Leonard and Nick’s skulls, a sensation akin to having their brains microwaved.

Leonard let out a furious, guttural roar, his tail whipping violently against the cave walls. Chunks of rock shattered and flew through the air.

Layla moved to press the advantage but paused. Something was off.

Earlier, she’d heard an unfamiliar woman’s voice among the enemies.

Where is she?

Her gaze swept the cavern and locked onto a figure lurking in the shadows. It was a woman with short, curly hair, arms crossed, watching the battle with icy calm.
