Chapter 267 The Moonlit Forest Pocket Dimension

Riley patted PineappleBeer firmly on the shoulder.

You gotta take better care of yourself, no matter what. had no idea you were living this rough.

TartKing nodded in agreement beside them.

Yeah, Pineapple. Getting stronger matters, but you can’t lose yourself along the way. You’ve been way too harsh on yourself.

PineappleBeer stared at the two girls in front of her. She froze for a long moment before breaking into a bright grin. She finally gave in and accepted their gifts.

They wandered around the camp a little longer. In the end, they decided to head back to Riley’s base to open their last subspace card.

To make things easier for PineappleBeer and TartKing, Riley adjusted the two fixed teleportation arrays. She planned to place the subspace between the two arrays so both of them could drop by anytime. After all, this special space belonged to all three of them.

Beep-

[Activate Random Subspace Creation Card?]

Riley held the glowing card in her hand and glanced back at her two friends.

Let’s do this. This is our last mystery box for the night.

PineappleBeer had fully calmed down and gotten her emotions back in order.

TartKing rubbed her hands together excitedly. I’m not picky! Anything but another snowfield is fine!

Alright, let’s see what we get.

Riley wasted no time and tapped the card lightly.

The card instantly turned into a stream of bright light and sank into the frozen ground beneath their feet.

Hum-

The familiar low hum echoed through the air.

Ancient, tough vines and hardwood branches burst out of the empty ground, twisting and weaving together.

In mere seconds, a halfround wooden cabin overflowing with natural vibes rose from the earth.

It was nowhere near as transparent as the old glass cabin. Thick moss covered the rooftop, and tiny unnamed wildflowers bloomed

across the wooden walls.

The entrance was a heavy wooden door carved with complicated delicate patterns.

Once pushed open, the interior looked almost identical to the glass cabin. Aside from potted plants on wooden shelves, there was only one massive bronze mirror ringed with faint glowing light.

Using her past experience, Riley stepped straight into the mirror. Pineapple Beer and TartKing followed closely behind her.

A soft cool breeze brushed against their faces, carrying the fresh scent of soil and green grass.

Whoa

Their vision blurred for a second. When their feet touched solid ground again, all three of them froze in shock at the view ahead.

They stood on a quiet, secluded grassland deep within a forest.

A brilliant full moon hung high in the sky, its silver moonlight brightly illuminating the spaceroughly the size of a soccer field.

Tall ancient trees surrounded the area. Their dense canopies covered most of the sky, leaving dappled moonbeams scattered across the ground. The grass beneath their feet was soft, dotted with flickering fireflies.

Right in the center of the grassland sat a small pond around eight yards wide. The crystalclear water perfectly mirrored the glowing moon above. Occasional fish leaped out of the surface, creating gentle spreading ripples.

It’s so beautifulTartKing breathed out in pure awe.

The weather here was nothing like the scorching beach subspace. It held the cool, comfortable chill of an early summer night.

The air felt fresh and damp against their skin.

Riley walked over to the pond and dipped her hand into the cold water. It was cool.

PineappleBeer glanced upward toward the moon. Looks like time flows the same here as the outside world. It’s night out there, and it’s night in here too.

That’s a little disappointing.Riley sighed. If it had its own indépendent timeline like the puzzle dungeon, we could come here to rest anytime.”

TartKing was already excitedly planning how to use their new private sanctuary.

I wanna plant Moonbloom and glowing mushrooms I brought back from the monster forest over there! We could even keep koi fish in this pondHave either of you seen regular fish before?

I’ve seen piranhas in the monster forest,Pineapple Beer replied flatly.
