TartKing followed her finger. She had looked confused at first, but after scanning the area with her system, her eyes blew up wide.

Riley leaned over to take a look as well.

Sure enough, clusters of emerald-green crystals grew inside the rock crack. They pulsed with vibrant life energy, completely out of place in this lifeless underground world.

“I’ve got an idea!” Riley spoke up.

She pulled several spears out of her inventory.

“I used this trick to cross a rift in the snowfields. We tie the rope to the spear, throw it into the opposite cliff, then climb across.”

“Sounds solid. Let’s try it.” PineappleBeer nodded.

The girls tied the rope firmly to the spears. Riley hurled them one by one.

Thanks to her immense strength, every spear stabbed deep into the opposite rock wall.

For extra safety, Riley fastened another safety rope onto PineappleBeer. She wrapped one end tightly around a sturdy stone pillar nearby, then gripped the rope with one hand, acting as a human winch.
