Justin was standing farther away and suddenly felt his nose itch. Is the air–conditioning in the hall cranked too cold?

“Adriana… it was you, wasn’t it? You knew all along. You did this on purpose, just to watch me make a fool of myself!” The impostor was already half–mad, crying and screaming at Adriana.

Adriana shrugged. “You reap what you sow. Good luck in there.”

“Adriana, you think you can stay arrogant forever? Your ending won’t be any better than mine! They won’t let you go! The person backing Danielle and Chandler is someone you can’t afford to offend!”

Adriana straightened up and looked at the impostor coldly. “My ending is probably something you won’t live to see. But your ending? I’m looking at it right now.”

The fake Nicole was taken away. On the spot, she confessed that Danielle and Chandler had instructed her to do everything. But Danielle and Chandler were no pushovers. Because Nicole had trusted them too much and left no evidence, the lawyers Danielle and Chandler personally hired crushed her case and pinned everything on her.

Chandler still tried to rely on blood ties to beg Jeremy, hoping Jeremy would spare him for the sake of family. He insisted he knew nothing, and as for the Bartons‘ butler trying to kill Jeremy, he claimed total ignorance.
