Caught Him Cheating My Life Restarted (Natalie) novel Chapter 764

Lucas and Liana were different. They never looked down on her. Whatever she did, they were happy to do it with her.

“Let’s go wash our hands.”

“Okay.”

Natalie took Lucas and Liana to wash their hands. As they walked in the door, they were greeted by the aroma of dinner.

Terence had already prepared the meal.

“You’ve finished planting the seeds. Now it's time to eat.”

Listening to Terence, Natalie suddenly felt that this ordinary life was incredibly blissful.

“Daddy, what are you making? It smells so good! Is it shrimp?”

Tonight, Terence had prepared Garlic Butter Jumbo Prawns, and the aroma was so enticing it made your mouth water the moment you opened the door.

Her two little helpers, drawn by the smell, hovered around the table. Terence shot them a mock-serious look. “Not so fast, you two. Back to the sink—scrub like you mean it this time.”

“But Daddy, we already washed them.”

Lucas and Liana wanted to sneak a taste; the smell was just too irresistible.

“Go wash them again!”

Lucas and Liana had no idea what their dad was up to, but they went to wash their hands again.

Natalie found the scent of the shrimp so alluring that she, too, felt the urge to sneak a piece.

“Why did you… you already washed your hands.”

“Just let them wash again.”

Natalie was confused. What was he planning? Terence said, “Open your mouth.”

Natalie frowned slightly. Just then, she saw Terence pick up a piece of shrimp with his fork—already peeled—and bring it to her lips.

Terence held out another peeled shrimp to her. This was the first time in Natalie's life she had ever been waited on hand and foot like this.

To be honest, the feeling was pretty amazing. And Terence’s cooking was just too good, easily on par with a five-star chef.

If they hadn’t been right outside planting herbs and seen that no delivery person had come, she would have sworn he had ordered from a five-star hotel and just transferred the food to a different plate.

But they had been there the whole time. This was all his doing. How could his cooking be this good?

Suddenly, Natalie had a thought: What would she do if she couldn’t eat Terence’s cooking anymore?

After all, Terence wasn't a chef. Getting to eat his food wasn't something she could take for granted.

Terence noticed the strange, almost sorrowful look on her face.

He asked with concern, “Natalie, what is it? Is it not to your liking?”

“Why don’t you try this steamed sea bass? I sliced the fillets thinly so there are no bones, then drizzled sizzling scallion oil over the top. It’s delicious. Have a taste.”
