Chapter 800 Got Him
After Renee left a hickey on Bria’s neck, she handed her a mirror. “Well?”
Bria took a look. “Not bad.”
After Renee left, Bria, dressed in a loose, oversized nightgown, walked into the bedroom and started pinching Kaleb in different places. Once she’d left enough marks, she went a step further for realism and used her hand to help him… Bria felt like she’d sacrificed a bit too much. Damn it. I’m definitely adding this to Kaleb’s tab later!
Bria wasn’t used to sleeping next to anyone. For the past two weeks, she’d been dealing with insomnia and running low on energy. Now that the “scene” was set, she finally relaxed. The moment she closed her eyes, she fell asleep.
In her dream, she was trapped in a blazing furnace, unbearably hot, wrapped up tight, like someone was holding her as a body pillow.
The next morning, Bria slowly woke up, only to find an arm in front of her. Kaleb had her wrapped in his arms, not in a mutual embrace, but like she was just a body pillow.
Kaleb probably had a habit of hugging a pillow when he slept. The contrast was kind of funny.
Who would’ve thought someone as cold as Kaleb would sleep hugging something soft? It was oddly cute.
But she wasn’t enjoying it. Being pressed like that had cut off her circulation, leaving her body sore and stiff.
Still, it was about time. The show could officially begin.
Bria slowly pulled herself free. The movement woke Kaleb, who had been out cold all night. He opened his eyes slowly, well rested but still unaware of his surroundings. There was a hint of laziness in his gaze, completely unguarded.
Bria let out a short laugh and slapped him across the face. Then she propped herself up, leaned in close, her long hair brushing across his face as her own came into view.
Her lips curved in a provocative smile. “Morning, Kaleb.”
Kaleb’s expression stiffened instantly. Two seconds later, it all clicked, and his face changed dramatically as he remembered what had happened the night before.
He immediately pushed himself up, looking down at his bare chest, the marks scattered across
He froze.
:
Bria sat in front of him, her nightgown hanging loose, the mark on her neck obvious. The neckline was wide, and the bite mark Kaleb had left on her shoulder before was still there, like a permanent tattoo that could never be erased.
Seeing this, Kaleb already understood what must have happened. He couldn’t believe Bria would go this far. He grabbed her tightly, teeth clenched. “Are you out of your mind? How could you do something like this?”
Bria thought to herself that Kaleb really was inexperienced. He didn’t even question it. Perfect. I prefer clean, simple men like him.
Even though Kaleb’s grip made her stumble, Bria was in a great mood. She deliberately pushed his buttons, which was exactly what she’d worked so hard for. Her tone was blunt. “Kaleb, what’s done is done. We’ve already slept together. How about we make up?”
Kaleb felt like his entire worldview was collapsing. Where did Bria get the nerve to say something like that so calmly? I haven’t even processed the fact that she set me up yet.
He tried to throw off the blanket and get out of bed, only to realize he wasn’t wearing anything at all. It hit him like a bolt of lightning.
Only then did the full impact of what Bria had done sink in.
Kaleb was someone with strong boundaries. He liked order and control.
Now his body wasn’t even under his own control, and even his will had been stripped away by Bria. Does she have any idea what she’s done? How unacceptable this is?
Is this something any normal person would do?
