Divorce me I'm done serving you (Ayla) novel Chapter 776

Melody had been sent abroad by Draven and Herman and wasn't allowed to return for three years. She was an art student, so she came to Fryndell for further study.

Truth was, she didn't even want to study, but being alone in a foreign country, unfamiliar with everything, she needed something to kill time.

Melody had worried that Bria might chase after her, so she hired bodyguards. But after almost two months passed and Bria never showed up, Melody finally relaxed.

There were so many countries in the world, and Melody had even moved around. She didn't believe Bria could still track her down.

And yet, she actually ran into Bria.

Melody had been in a hurry today and took a taxi. She happened to meet a cold and handsome young man, so she helped him out a bit.

If he hadn't been good-looking, she wouldn't have bothered. She just hadn't expected things to line up so perfectly. The handsome guy actually knew Bria.

And his name was Kaleb Keaton...

Melody had developed a kind of shadow toward the surname "Keaton". She guessed he might have some connection to Ayla.

But it was obvious to her that something was off between Kaleb and Bria, and Melody intended to take advantage of that.

Otherwise, she might end up lying in a hospital bed for weeks.

"I helped you earlier today, handsome guy. You have to save me!" Melody tried to get up, but Bria's foot was pressing down hard on her, so she struggled like crazy, making herself look pitiful as hell.

Bria hadn't expected Melody to know Kaleb.

In her eyes, Melody was already as good as dead—just a lowlife she she hadn't finished dealing with.

And Kaleb was just some jerk she hadn't dealt with yet.

If she had to rank them, Kaleb was slightly better than Melody.

Bria hadn't even vented her anger on Kaleb yet, and now he was helping the woman she was targetting.

Seeing the baseball bat knocked aside by Kaleb, Bria's anger surged upward.

"Kaleb, what makes you think I'll do whatever you say?" Bria spoke as if she had just heard a joke, looking at Kaleb with extreme disdain, like he was nothing more than a stray mutt.

"I'm telling you, I won't let her go tonight until I cripple her. What are you going to do about it? Call the police on me, or fight my bodyguards?"

Kaleb's expression stiffened.

"With that skinny body of yours, can you even take one punch from my bodyguards? Bria mocked freely, clearly enjoying the stiffness on Kaleb's face.

She even burst out laughing, "I know you can fight, but my bodyguards are trained in real combat. They can even fly planes. Can you?"

Emmett glanced at the bodyguards. The muscles bulging in their arms looked like something straight out of a game model, and whatever was in their waist pouches was unknown.

They carried a pressure unique to professional bodyguards. Even if Emmett joined in, they'd both just be turned into punching bags.

Bria looked at Kaleb with full provocation, "Kaleb, tonight, not only is she going to the hospital, you're not leaving either."

After saying that, she kicked Melody hard again, venting her anger.
