Divorced and Dominant Now You Cry novel Chapter 164

Everyone clearly saw how the might of Ashton’s punch swept through the air, shattering the force that Clay had sent his way. Meanwhile, the force from Ashton’s punch continued to shoot forward without stopping, landing squarely on Clay.

The sharp crack of breaking bones rang out.

Clay’s abdomen caved inward, now sporting a bloody fistshaped imprint. His entire body was blasted more than 60 feet into the air before gravity finally reclaimed him, sending him crashing down in a free fall.

He hit the ground hard enough to create a crater beneath him. The rubble skittered across the combat arena, shards of stone flying outward. Blood pooled everywhere beneath him.

Even after some time had passed, Clay didn’t get back on his feet.

All was silent.

Mr. Gray is unmatched in both medicine and martial arts! Christian mumbled to himself. In the future, he might be able to singlehandedly secure the legacy of both the martial and the medical world of Casoria.

Meanwhile, as Neil stared at Ashton, he felt as though he saw the younger Lawrence, who’d displayed similar dominance and unstoppable force.

Even Kayla was looking dazedly at Ashton.

Clay!Felix cried out.

By now, he was covered in sweat, his eyes blazing with hatred as he glared at Ashton. He was certain that he and Clay had fallen into a trap set up by Lawrence and Ashton.

If anything happened to Clay, how was he supposed to answer to Clay’s father and the rest of the Dominion Vanguard?

Just then, Clay coughed weakly before struggling back onto his feet. His clothes were tattered, and his hair a mess. His bloodshot eyes made him look like a frenzied beast.

As he spat out a mouthful of blood, he felt a sense of dread. If not for how physically strong he was, Ashton’s punch would have torn right through him.

Just concede defeat,Ashton called out. You’re no match for me.

Those words alone were enough to make Clay tighten his fists so hard that his nails dug deep into his palms.

Do you really think you can beat me, Ashton?he snarled. I’d simply underestimated you earlier! Now, it’s time for my killer move. I won’t lose to you! Never!

Clay unleashed all of his might as an SSranked supreme grandmaster, using his inner energy to form a spear that looked like it was made out of greenish light. Then, he aimed it right at Ashton’s heart.

This was his final and most powerful attack.

He was even sacrificing his own body, drawing strength out of his own blood to imbue the spear with as much force as possible.

This divine ability is called the Phantom Grace, Ashton. One strike is all it takes to pierce right through your and kill you!Clay declared, looking positively manic.

skin

His face had turned ghostly pale as he threw caution to the wind and channeled all his inner energy into the spear, which glowed with murderous light that seemed to throw the environment into chaos.

The moment Clay revealed this divine ability, Neil tensed and gave Lawrence an inquiring look. If needed, he could put an end to this fight at any time.

However, Lawrence’s expression was as calm as ever. Smiling, he said, This is no more than a dying man’s attempt to make a last stand.

Die, you bastard!Clay roared.

He no longer wanted to see that look of condescension in Ashton’s eyes. He wanted Ashton to realize that only he was worthy of Kayla! Ashton was fated to be nothing more than his stepping stone to glory!

The spear shot through the air, aimed right at Ashton’s heart.

“Is this your most powerful attack? If that’s the case, you’re nothing special after all.

Ashton shook his head in disappointment. He had assumed that the socalled future head of the Dominion Vanguard had to be pretty powerful. However, this divine ability of Clay’s looked like child’s play. It was no threat to him at all!

A dark glint flickered in his eyes. Lightning crackled in between his fingers as he reached out to grab the incoming

spear.
