When Natalie heard the raunchy sounds on the other end of the line, she tensed up, and her eyes widened. She kept swallowing hard, and sweat broke out across her skin. As the sounds grew louder, the call suddenly ended. Natalie bit her lip. Ashton had done it on purpose!

“Sheila gave in just like that? She’s so unreserved…” She couldn’t help letting her mind wander, and some steamy images popped into her head.

At the same time, Ashton’s domineering, arrogant face flashed again before her eyes, leaving her both afraid and strangely expectant.

Natalie had never met a man so terrifying, so mysterious, and so irresistibly attractive!

She nodded, looking a little resentful. She actually wanted him to stay, but she honestly couldn’t take any more. She was scared this beast of a man would devour her again!

Now, she understood just how formidable he was.

At the mention of next time, her body trembled visibly, and a flicker of anticipation flashed in her eyes. Next time, she had to be even better!

“Babe, do you need me to do anything for you?” Sheila clutched the blanket, her beautiful eyes shimmering.

“Start by finishing the handover at Beldon Group. You’ll be of use to me once you fully take control of it,” Ashton said calmly.

She lowered her eyes. “Got it. Don’t worry, I’ll be even more capable than Natalie. I’ll be more helpful than she is! By the way, is she… as good as me?”

She looked genuinely curious.

Ashton finished dressing and smiled slightly. “She said she’ll only do as I say after I win you over. I’ll put her in her place in a few days.”

“What?” She fluttered her lashes and pouted. “Make sure she learns her lesson, then…”

Ashton walked out of the apartment and into the hazy night. Turning his senses inward, he found his bloodline power had strengthened yet again. He was one step closer to the divine realm!
