"Fuck, where is it. Where is it," Brian muttered. He was so anxious that he slammed his mouse against the table's surface.

Six months ago, their next neighbor had a break-in. The community was alarmed, so Riley contacted their villa's security system installer and had a hidden camera placed in their living room.

It had completely escaped Brian's memory, but now he was searching through his email, finding the installer's instructions.

When he found the email he was looking for, he immediately searched for the application installed on his home laptop. Then, he navigated through his internal drive to look for the saved surveillance videos.

He backtracked to the date when William was first spotted in his neighborhood.

Eventually, he found the video he was looking for. His heart raced when he opened it and clicked the play button.

Brian saw William and Claire turning up in the living room. Their conversation was barely audible, but Brian understood that the two were in a heated argument. Claire suddenly kneeled before William, pleading.

The next thing he saw was how William bent Claire over the couch and had sex with her! It did not look forced to Brian for Claire somewhat reciprocated his touches.

"Fuck!" Brian felt disgusted by what he had seen. However, it was even worse when the recording moved on to the scene where Brian arrived at the villa.

"Yuck!" Brian cursed again. He realized how he had sex with Claire when another man had just done the same. Worse, he did not have protection!

By then, Brian was heaving.

What happened to his sweet and innocent wife? It was all a fake!

He ran out of his study and found the first floor's shared bathroom, spilling his guts out!

"Lll! Lll!" Brian's skin crawled, utterly revolted.

After Brian had relieved himself, he screamed, "Fuck! Fuck!"

He threw his fist against the bathroom mirror, and even after he wounded his knuckles, he felt numb. Brian caused quite a stir in his home that Mara and Carrie came after him in the bathroom.

"Brian? What has gotten into you?" Mara asked.

"What's happening to me?" Brian shot back. He marched out of the bathroom and dragged Mara by the arm to his study. He showed her the video and declared, "This is what happened! I just found out that Claire is a complete whore!"

"Godfather you said. What kind of godfather fucks his goddaughter!" Brian screamed.

After watching the video, Mara gasped. She covered her mouth in shock! She hesitated momentarily before exclaiming, "Oh, my god William!" She held Brian's arm and declared, "William must have forced her! He must have threatened her with something! I'm sure of it!"

"You think that will work on me now?" Brian retorted. He was so angry he thought he would end up with a heart attack. "Not anymore! I want you to leave! Take your filthy daughter with you and leave my house!"

"Brian? You honestly can't believe everything you see." Mara said back. "You and Claire are already married! You can't just do that!"

"Yeah, just like how I thought your daughter was innocent!" Brian barked. He ignored Mara and ran up to the master bedroom. He spat the exact angry words at Claire and asked her to leave immediately.

After Brian's tale, Darwin said, "Brian, my goodness. What have we done?"

Brian was already a complete mess at that point, angry with himself. His eyes were red and puffed. His hair was a mess, and his clothes were stained with wine.

"And now, I am enemies with Adrian again because of what I did to Riley," Brian said. He broke down and revealed, "He now has Riley. They are married! While I - I am stuck with a trash!"

"To think I spent all that money for Claire and her family!" Brian said before he named them individually, "Carrie's tuition! The condo! I fucking put in on Claire's name!"

"I spend money on their groceries and their recent needs, even luxuries, like the bags and shoes - fuck. Haha!" Brian laughed, remembering something. Then he cried again, announcing, "I paid five hundred thousand dollars of Mara's gambling debt. She said she was forced to borrow money from a loan shark when her friend pressured her to gamble."

He sniffed and added, "I bet that was another lie too."

Adding it all up, Brian added, "I think I had spent over five million dollars already. the condo, the fucking wedding, and -"

"No! No!" Suddenly, Beatrice screamed. She was howling in tears, scaring Brian altogether.

With fear in her eyes, she revealed, "Brian, there is something you need to know."

"What is it, dear?" Darwin asked.

"Earlier, I was with Mara. She brought me to the casino," Beatrice narrated everything that happened to her. When she was done, she expressed, "I think I have been conned."
