Chapter 365.

“Bring it!” Josie Quinn nodded, her expression cold and steady. “Let me see what you’re really capable of!”

The words had barely left her lips when Cyrus Finch struck.

Josie closed her eyes, pushing her Void Domain to its absolute limit.

‘BOOM!

A deafening explosion rocked the beach.

Josie’s greatsword collided head-on with Cyrus’s psychic strike.

Cyrus, who had been oozing confidence, raised an eyebrow in surprise. “Oh? Not bad! It seems we both held back during our last

encounter!”

In their previous fight, they had used physical objects. Cyrus would manifest physical objects to hurl at her. This time, he hadn’t used a single physical tool-he had fired a pure wave of psychic energy.

Logically, psychic waves were invisible and intangible. But to deal physical damage, they had to be condensed into a solid-like state. Because of her Void Domain, Josie was able to track the physical manifestation of the wave and counter it.

She had fought Psychic Supers in her previous life. She knew their characteristics.

Watching her shatter his attack only fueled Cyrus’s excitement.

The greater Josie’s potential, the purer the energy in her heart would be. The more he consumed, the better his chances of ascending to the rank of Undead Emperor.

June Quinn couldn’t sit still any longer. She stepped forward, itching for a fight. “Let me test her limits!”

Cyrus glanced at her, his voice dripping with disdain. “In the water, you had a chance. On land? In your dreams! Even at the Tier-6 Apex, you’re no match for her. She’s a monster who can fight two ranks above her own level.”

June’s face flushed a deep, angry red. “How will we know if I don’t try?”

Underwater, she had managed to land several hits on Josie. She was convinced that Josie was weakened. Even with a Plant-type Superpower to heal her wounds, there were limits. Healing energy didn’t make a person invincible; the body still needed time to recover naturally.

June refused to believe she couldn’t win. She wanted to replicate her success from the seabed. She wanted to show Cyrus that she, June Quinn, was the true future queen!

Josie didn’t wait for them to finish talking. She lashed out with a volley of vines toward June.

You want a fight? You got it.*

Josie’s attack was fast, precise, and brutal.

June didn’t have Josie’s Void Domain to warn her. Caught off guard, she was blasted back more than ten feet.

The difference in their power was staggering.

Humiliated, June scrambled to her feet to counterattack, but Cyrus snapped, “Enough. You’re embarrassing yourself.”
