Claim 10 Coins By Check in

Hearing this, we felt uneasy.
It was worse than uneasy; it was a disaster. Most of the monitors were broken, and worse, the one at the main elevator entrance was
also broken.
After checking the few remaining usable monitors, we finally spotted Summer’s figure near a shop, then disappearing around the corner. This proved she was here.
‘We can only search floor by floor, twenty–one floors isn’t much. Let’s split up, we’ll find her quickly,” Derek suggested.
‘No, we can’t act alone.”
Xander rejected his suggestion.
I’d been taken advantage of a few times, and I felt that it was dangerous to be alone now. If something happened, I wouldn’t be able to save myself, let alone anyone else.
Xander turned to the manager to understand the building’s situation and offered a generous reward for finding the person.
The manager immediately perked up. He gave a detailed account. The upper floors used to be office spaces, and a few small companies still operate there. A few floors are also used as residential apartments, but not many people live there. He even told us about the small companies‘ businesses and the tenants‘ details.
‘Why would Summer be here?” Ivy murmured puzzled.
I was also confused, but I trusted that Summer wouldn’t act without reason.
Xander was thinking about something: “Why turn off her phone? Usually, highly private high–end clubs would have this kind of requirement. Does this building have such a place?”
My wolf was restless, unable to calm down after losing contact with her good friend.I anxiously scratched my hair.
The manager’s eyes suddenly fixed on me, hesitant to speak.
Derek noticed and clapped his shoulder, “Speak up, don’t hesitate.”
‘Oh, like this, hearing what this handsome said and seeing this lady’s bracelet, I remembered we have a special tenant upstairs.”
Bracelet? A special tenant?
We all looked at the manager.
Under our gaze, the manager got nervous, “Yes, I heard this handsome say to turn off your phone before entering, so I remembered hat we have a master upstairs – Madame Huang.”
‘She has a rule. You must put your phones and necklaces outside before entering, and maintain silence inside.”
‘She’s very famous.”
Ivy scoffed, “Famous for renting in such a rundown place.”
Although it was indeed rundown, the manager was still unhappy to be criticized, “Rundown, so what? The master values the feng shui here; it suits her wolf’s aura…”
I waved my hand, “Get to the point, which floor is Madame Huang on?”
“Eighteenth floor.”
We immediately went to the eighteenth floor.
As the elevator doors opened, a red glow and pungent smoke rushed out. My nose was hit directly by the scent, thanks to my exceptionally sensitive sense of smell. The fog dispersed, revealing a green–faced, fanged face.

Ivy, being closest, screamed and clung to the arm of the person next to her, her face pale.
