After supper, we walked back to the cabin. Zach had a little more bounce to his step now and was excited about meeting up with the girls. I had no idea who was going, but I did want to meet a few people and enjoy a drink. All this information on my ring and necklace is a lot and maybe I just need a night out to relax and let loose.

After catching a quick nap, I quickly showered. I didn’t pack any dresses, so I kept on my black skinny jeans. Changing my shirt to one that was all black. It had a deep V neck that showed off my cleavage perfectly and hugged my curves. It stopped right below my belly button. My green necklace rested perfectly right above my cleavage, dragging the eye down so I should get a lot of free drinks tonight. I grabbed a pair of my black ankle booties and let my hair down and straightened it. Lastly, I chose my makeup to be a little more dramatic and had a smoky eye with a winged eyeliner and paired that with ruby red lips. Looking at myself in the mirror, my outfit said ‘don’t fuck with me’ and I liked it. Matched my attitude and my mood tonight. I was wound too tight. I probably would punch anyone who looked at me wrong.

Zach came out of his bedroom freshly showered and changed into tight black jeans and a black button up, the sleeves were rolled to his elbow. The slim shirt hugged his broad shoulders and he had the top 2 buttons unbuttoned. His hair was left loose to dry to get that unruly look. “Looking good there Nina!”

“Well, I feel like we have the same sense of style” I said, laughing. It is almost 10 so do you want to head that way?”

“A little early, but yeah let’s go. I would like to be there before they get there anyway, plus a drink would help loosen me up.”

“Right, because you need a drink to loosen up. You would have thrown Kelly over your shoulder and brought her right up here if she would have suggested that. And speaking of which, you need to be careful. We don’t know anything about her and I don’t want to piss anyone off.” I told him as I checked my wallet. I pulled out my ID and money and handed it to Zach. I like to be hands free and don’t want to have to worry about a purse.

“Yes, mom. I will behave myself.” Zach sighed, running his hand through his hair and rolling his eyes. “Most of the time, you are a bro chick but every now and then I see the vagina come out.”

“Excuse me, ‘the vagina?’”

“You know what I mean, you give these mom talks and I just want to have fun!”

“Yeah okay” I said, biting my tongue. I didn’t want to tell him about my feelings, otherwise he would go into over-protective mode and I just wanted to have some fun. I wouldn’t be able to go 5 feet without him hovering over me otherwise. “I’ll drive”

“Hell no! The man drives. Don’t even argue.”

Rolling my eyes, I gave him the keys and we headed to the car. Playing with my necklace, Zach started the car and we drove following the directions Kelly gave up. The club was in Springville and we wanted to take back roads and get familiar with the area. I kept my eyes open and my ears listening. Every now and then I would catch a glimpse of eyes in the forest and I knew they were a wolf.

“You do realize there are wolves out there. I can catch a glimpse of them every now and then.” I said to Zach quietly.

“Yeah, I saw them too. Are you okay?”

“Yes, why wouldn’t I be?”

“You are playing with your necklace and tapping your nails on the door. You are fidgeting, which means you are nervous.”

Hump, “I do not” I said as I folded my arms under my chest, making my necklace turn in the bulge of my cleavage.

Zach just snickered at me. We were silent till we reached the club. It might have only been Sunday but this place was busy. Apparently, lady’s night is Wednesday and Sundays. Suddenly I felt very lively! I was ready to get in and have a drink and relax. I felt good.

Walking up to the bouncer, Zach handed him our IDs. He nodded and unlocked the rope and let us in. We were hit with loud hip-hop music and the smell of sweat, sex and alcohol. Disco lights were going off in every direction. Making our way around people dry humping on the tables, we got to the bar. It was early but the club was starting to pick up.

“One Jack Daniels and Dr. Pepper and one Crown and coke.” Zach ordered for us. The bartender nodded and started working on our drinks. I leaned my elbow on the bar and looked around. I spotted a high-top table and once Zach handed me my drink, I led him over there. The table was off to the side but close enough to the dance floor to see everyone.

Zach and I both had 3 drinks before his phone buzzed.

“Everyone here?” I shouted at him so he could hear me.

“Yeah, I told them we were at the high-top table. They will be here shortly.”

“Oh, good! Might as well give me the keys since you will be fucking Kelly in the alley”, I teased. It earned me a glare and he was about to smart something off when he noticed Kelly.
