“I don’t know, man. I just do what I am told and that is to find the bitch and bring her back unharmed”, Rouge 1 said.

“Bring her back unharmed?” Wyatt said, confused. “What do they want with her?”

“All I know is that he would say he needed her power and she would be all his. He is obsessed with her.”

“Dude! What the fuck? You are dead!” Rouge 2 said and with that, Wyatt extended his claw and traced a line down his thigh into his artery. Blood started to shoot out. “I will bleed out! Stop the bleeding!” All Wyatt did was take some duct tape and taped his mouth shut and turned back to the other rogue who was looking very pale.

“Continue”, Wyatt said dangerously.

“She was born under the full moon or some shit and her blood line is rare or something. I honestly stopped listening. I shouldn’t have even heard that. He was talking on the phone to someone”

“Who is ‘he’” Wyatt asked as he sat down in a wooden chair with his forearms on his knees leaning forward. He was twirling the knife in his hand, causing the rouge to keep glancing down.

“He called himself ‘The Savior’. He kept saying to follow him and he would save us from being packless, give us unlimited women and food. He provided shelter and would hold mating ceremonies where he would bring women he kidnapped and force them to mark and mate us to create a strong blood line. The women fought at first, but once marked they were submissive.”

“I see, and where do they live?” Wyatt asked, his eyes were pitch black and he looked pissed off.

“We move every day but mainly in an old warehouse, somewhere. I’m no good with direction.”

“Okay then.” And with that, Wyatt stood up, moved behind the rogue and snapped his neck in one swift motion. The other rouge had bled out by then. Wyatt walked out of the room but I was frozen in my place.

Someone wanted me? For power? What power? I have feelings every now and then, but I don’t have any powers. Rage filled me as I thought of those poor women and what they are having to deal with. Being forced to mark and mate such a disgusting animal made my skin crawl.

“Whoa, Nina?” I heard someone ask. I turned to see Wyatt had just walked through the door and both him and Maverick had a look of shock and awe on their faces. “Your eyes are glowing!”

I blinked a couple of times. I didn’t realize my claws were extended so I retracted them and took deep breaths. “Let’s go!” I said and walked right past them. I am still fuming. How could they and what prophesy was he talking about? I need answers and I need them now. Hopefully Wyatt as a library. I made my way to the front door and opened it walking out to the forest.
