Chapter 164 After the Kill
Fushed
Robin seized the opening and shoved the–Desert Eagle straight into is mouth. The muzzle pressed hard against the roof of its mouth, and she pulled the trigger without mercy
Everyone’s hearts seemed to be gripped by an invisible hand. They watched nervously, afraid something might happen to Robin.
But they never expected what happened next. Crack! The zombie bit down with all its strength, and actually crushed the Desert Eagle’s barrel to pieces!
‘Robin!”
Henry’s pupils shrank. Before anyone could recover from the shock, Robin smirked and pulled out another Desert Eagle with her left hand!
In one lightning–fast motion, she slammed it into the zombie’s eye socket, bursting its eyeball, and pulled the trigger!
Bang!!
With a deafening blast, the zombie’s head burst apart. Thick fluid splattered through the air, and a sickening smell filled the air.
For a moment, everything went silent.
‘So gross.”
Robin frowned, pulled out a pack of wet wipes from/her storage space, and carefully wiped off every spot hat had been splashed onto her.
A Level 3 zombie was a pain in the ass. With her current strength, she could barely gain the upper hand, and that was only because this one had a disguise ability.
If it had been a zombie with physical enhancements or an elemental ability, things might have ended very badly.
Only after Robin dug out the crystal from the zombie’s brain did the others finally snap back to their
senses.
“Robin!”
Henry rushed over, his face full of worry. “Are you okay?!”
“I’m fine.”
Robin looked down at the Level 3 crystal in her hand. It was much bigger than a Level 2 one about the size of a baby’s fist. The color also looked clearer and purer
A system voice sounded in her head
“Beep! You’ve successfully killed a Level & zombie solo New achievement unlocked Reward 100 points

Finished
Obtained Level 3 crystal 15 points. You also get one lottery draw chance. Winning probability: 1%. Reward: the zombie’s ability. Start the draw?”
“What?!”
Robin could hardly believe her ears
The prize is this zombie’s disguise ability?!
That’s incredible!
Bell kindly reminded her, “Host, don’t get too excited. The winning chance is only 1%.”
Robin was left speechless.
“I have eyes, I can see that. Did I ask you to say that?”
After the initial excitement, she calmed down. A 1% chance? Yeah, no kidding.
The system sounded a bit aggrieved. “But the rewards will carry over on the wheel. If you get more chances later, you can use them all at once.”
Robin’s expression finally eased a little.
Didn’t that mean if she saved up 100 draw chances, the ability was basically guaranteed to be hers?
“I’ll save it for now,” she said.
“Robin, that was way too close. We were all so nervous for you…”
Adrian swallowed hard, and he sounded pretty nervous.
After all, he was the one who’d brought that Level 3 zombie over in the first place. He felt pretty guilty
about it.
“You didn’t know–it’s not your fault.”
Robin said calmly, “It’s partly on me for not warning you guys sooner that zombies start developing abilities as they level up. And that one’s disguise was top–notch. It’s normal you couldn’t see through it
Hearing this, Adrian finally let out a breath of relief. “Um… Robin, I’m sorry. I said some things I shouldryi have. Please be the bigger person and don’t hold it against me.
He was talking about the stuff he’d blurted out right after Robin first kicked the zombic
“I’ll let it go this time.”
Robin glanced at him, then her warning look shifted to Blake T get that when people are stuck together friction is inevitable. But no matter what you need to remember who’s on your side
