For these five days, she didn’t want anyone interfering.

Vivian puffed up proudly. “With my friends around, I’ll know the moment anyone comes close!”

The corner of Robin’s lips twitched slightly as she thought about the swarms of insects and rats.

It was true; ever since Vivian joined them, they didn’t even need night watch anymore.

Vivian waved toward a corner. A large rat–about the size of an adult man’s palm–scurried over.

She beamed. “I’ll have Jerry go with you! He’s the king of the rats here, so all the others follow him. If anyone gets close, he’ll know first!”
