Hassan didn’t stop. He threw out another insult. Oh, I heard your parents are here too? What do you call a rat’s parents? Dead rats? Hahaha!

That was the breaking point.

Ann moved fast. The second Hassan tried to shove her, she stepped aside and tripped him with a quick move of her foot.

Hassan wasn’t ready for it. He let out a yelp as his big frame lost balance and slammed into the sand, kicking up a cloud of dust.

At the same time, Hubert faced one of the cronies. He didn’t back down. Using the training he had practiced so often, he ducked under a punch and kicked the boy hard in the shin.

The boy cried out and fell to his knees, clutching his leg.

The third boy froze. He hadn’t expected these two quiet outsiders to fight back so quickly and skillfully.

Hassan scrambled up, his face covered in sand and red with shame. He roared and lunged at Hubert again.

Hubert was smaller, but his fighting moves were pure muscle memory. He blocked and dodged smoothly, then landed a sharp punch right into Hassan’s ribs.

Hassan doubled over, gasping for air.

Ann jumped in to finish the job. The two of them worked together perfectly, taking down boys much bigger and stronger than themselves. It was two against three, and they were winning.

Harimo stood there with his mouth open, stunned. He hadn’t even had a chance to help.

The whole thing happened so fast that by the time parents and teachers noticed, the fight was over.

Hassan and his friends were on the ground in pain. Ann and Hubert were breathing hard with messy hair, but they stood straight with a look of pure stubbornness. Harimo stood right beside them like a little guard.

The scene turned into a riot. Hassan started wailing, claiming Ann and Hubert had gone crazy and attacked

him.

His parents rushed over. When they saw their son, they started screaming and making a scene. The mother even tried to lunge forward to slap the twins.

Ann and Hubert dodged her easily. The woman lost her balance and faceplanted into the dirt.

A teacher finally broke it up, and all the kids were hauled off to the principal’s office.

The vice principal, a serious middleaged man, was trying to make sense of the mess while Hassan’s parents shouted and spit at everyone.

The door opened quietly.

Tatiana and Jasper walked in. They had come as soon as they heard. The friendly smiles from earlier were

gone.

Jasper scanned Ann and Hubert. Once he saw they weren’t hurt, his eyes turned cold. He had the look of a man who didn’t take orders from anyone.

Tatiana went to the children first. Are you okay?

The twins shook their heads. Mommy, we’re fine. We’re great.

They were fine. Their clothes were just a bit twisted. The older boy, on the other hand, was still sobbing.

Hubert leaned in and whispered, Mommy, Daddy taught us well. We practiced those moves every day!

Jasper had never let up on their physical training. He taught them personally, and they were far better than any normal kid their age.

Hassan’s mother pointed at them and yelled. How can you let kids like this in the school? They should be kicked out! Get out of our country! Damn you!

Tatiana stood up. Her eyes were sharp, and her presence filled the room. If you say one more word, I will tear your mouth apart.

The office went silent.

Hassan’s parents were taken aback. These people wore simple clothes, but they didn’t act like commoners.

The vice principal cleared his throat. Ms. Emma, Mr. Sonny, the children had aphysical disagreement.

He used their fake names. They didn’t want the kids to be in the spotlight, so the vice principal had no idea they were the ones who actually funded the school.

Tatiana ignored him and looked at the sobbing Hassan. Her voice was calm but heavy.

My children don’t start fights for no reason. Who started the insults? Who threw the first punch? Tell the truth.

Hassan shrank back.

Hubert spoke up. In clear, perfect local language, he explained exactly how Hassan had mocked their accents and called them low class. Ann nodded along, and Harimo bravely stepped up to back them up.

The truth was out.

Hassan’s parents looked embarrassed. They tried to make excuses. They’re just kids. You can’t take everything they say seriously
