“That’s fine!” Franz assured her immediately. “The hospital will keep it confidential. Only the people here today will know.”

Noelle continued, “Second, I’ll only take patients you truly can’t handle–serious and complex cases only. Don’t send ordinary illnesses my way. And I reserve the right to refuse.”

“Of course!” Everyone nodded. Someone with real ability naturally had the right to set conditions.
