However, the course was almost over. Noah was a decent rider, and after finishing this program, he was supposed to move on to a new instructor.
If Sebastian had arrived a week later, Noah might not have been taking lessons there anymore.
Sebastian didn't go anywhere else; he waited straight at The Equestrian Center.
When it was time for Noah's class and the boy's figure finally appeared, Sebastian breathed a massive sigh of relief.
"Noah," Sebastian called out his son's name. Noah, dressed in his riding gear a short distance away, immediately looked over.
Once he clearly saw it was Sebastian, he bolted toward him.
"Dad..."
Sebastian crouched down, and as Noah ran up, the boy threw his arms around his neck in a tight hug.
"Dad, why are you here? Grandpa and Grandma said I had to finish my two-year course before I could see you."
Sebastian hadn't expected the old folks to actually ban him from seeing his son for two whole years.
Two years—too much could change in that time. He couldn't afford to wait.
Sebastian looked at his son, noticing he had grown taller and sturdier since he last saw him.
It was clear that after his treatment, his body had fully recovered.
"Dad missed you, so I came to see you myself.
Do you miss home, Noah? Do you want to stay by Dad's side forever?"
At Sebastian's question, Noah nearly burst into tears.
