Chapter332.
His wolf shifted restlessly beneath the thick fur of his form as he guided our chariot toward the heart of Silvermoon Pack territory. The scent of pine and damp earth, usually so comforting, did little to soothe the unease twisting in my gut.
“You’ve been busy all morning; you must be hungry. What would you like to hunt?”
His voice, usually a rumble that vibrated through my very bones, held a gentler tone today.
My wolf howled a fierce desire for the pungent, spicy herbs of the Shadowfen – a taste forbidden during my time with Emily, a taste that now clawed at my senses.

His gaze, intense and searching, held mine.
He knew my concern, even if he couldn’t fully understand its depth. A low growl, a sign of reluctant acceptance, rumbled in his chest.

Mason and Emily found themselves at the Hunting Grounds, a clearing favored by the Alpha pair. Mason pulled a moss–covered log

That dish is unavailable.”
Mason’s brow furrowed, his wolf bristling.
“It’s midday; how could they be gone already?”

year.
“A she–wolf ordered them all.” He hesitated, then asked tentatively, “Would you like to order something else, Alpha?”
Mason’s anger simmered, but he forced a controlled tone.
“Yes…and who ordered all of the Sunpetals?”
The Beta’s gaze drifted toward a secluded den. Following his line of sight, Mason’s eyes widened.

The den flap parted, revealing me, standing there, my own wolf bristling with defiance.
Mason’s wolf roared in his mind a wave of pure, unadulterated rage.
His eyes burned with fury, a primal fire that mirrored the blazing intensity of his wolf.
