"The flight attendants are serving meals," Heather reminded her.

"Sorry," Rebecca apologized to the attendant standing beside her. He took the menu, glanced at it, and handed it back. "A glass of water, please."

"You look like you're carrying the weight of the world," Heather said with concern.

"Yeah," Rebecca admitted. "Let's talk about it when we land."

At least this time, she had a specific address to go to. She wouldn't be searching aimlessly.

After landing, the troupe checked into their accommodations. They had one rest day before rehearsals.

Heather took the troupe to practice. Rebecca didn't participate this time due to her three-month hiatus. She spent the day with Jessica instead, following the address they had.

"Jessica, do you think he's here?" Rebecca's voice trembled with nerves.

Her mind was a jumble, with images of 17-year-old Vance clashing with the man she had seen on the hospital bed. She wasn't sure how to react if he were in shambles.
