**Chapter 417 Tell Zera to Come Back!**

Kayla leaned in, her hand gently resting on Aella’s shoulder, a gesture meant to soothe. “You don’t need to fret. I’ll devise a plan that’ll work for you. Your birthday is just around the corner, right? When exactly is it?”

Aella’s gaze drifted towards Daphne and Julian, who were standing a short distance away, their conversation muted but their expressions animated. “It’s on November 8th. We’re throwing the party at the Regal Hotel. You absolutely must come.”

Kayla cleared her throat, shifting her tone to one of determination. “On your special day, I’ll make sure you and Tyrone find a way to be together. If everything aligns and you manage to get pregnant with the Winters’ next heir, you’ll be marrying into the most prestigious family. Just imagine the life you’ll lead!”

Aella felt her heart skip a beat, stunned by the unexpected turn of Kayla’s words.

This wasn’t part of the “plan” that she and Kayla had rehearsed so meticulously.

Kayla pressed on, her enthusiasm palpable. “Once you’re carrying his child, it won’t matter who else Tyrone has feelings for. You’ll have the upper hand.”

Aella shook her head, waving her hand dismissively. “But Tyrone left his family for the woman he loves. He must have deep feelings for her. What if he blames me for everything that’s happened?”

Kayla’s smile was unwavering. “Good men are worth every ounce of effort. If you don’t put yourself out there, how can you expect to gain fame or fortune? Opportunities like this are rare. Trust me, by the end of your birthday, you’ll officially be Mrs. Winter.”

With that, they wrapped up their seafood selection, the aroma of the ocean clinging to them as they made their way to the register.

Kayla paid for their purchases, linking her arm with Aella’s as they strolled away from the stall, laughter bubbling between them like a refreshing stream.

Suddenly, a loud crash shattered their moment of joy. Daphne had dropped the colander she was holding, the metal clattering ominously against the floor.

Without hesitation, she yanked Julian into a cramped, cluttered storage room, panic etched across her features.

“Last time I told you to contact your sister and convince her to return, what did she say?” Daphne’s voice was sharp, laced with urgency.

Julian, looking both nervous and innocent, muttered under his breath, “Zera said her divorce isn’t finalized yet. She’s out of funds and wants to squeeze a bit more from that Hansen guy before she comes back.”

Daphne’s fury ignited like a spark in dry grass. “She already had the baby! If she could’ve gotten the money, she would’ve done it ages ago. Why is she dragging her feet now?”

“You must follow my instructions. Tell Zera to return before November 8th. She needs to see Tyrone before that woman’s birthday. We can’t afford any obstacles.”

Julian’s hesitation lingered as he pulled out his phone. “Daphne, that 60 million Zera received back then—most of it was tricked away by her classmate after some risky deals. The money we managed to save went into purchasing a house, and the rest you used to pay off your brother’s gambling debts. Zera isn’t even divorced yet and doesn’t have enough for a plane ticket. How can she possibly make it back so quickly?”

Daphne fell to the floor with a dramatic thud, her voice rising in a mixture of anger and despair. “Marrying a useless fool like you has been the worst stroke of luck in my entire life!

“You lack skills and family connections. Since we tied the knot, we’ve been scraping by on my family’s small shop to support our two children. So what if I used Zera’s money to pay off my brother’s debts?

“Now that we finally have a chance to elevate ourselves, you’re doing nothing! If you had any real talents, you wouldn’t be relying on my family. Go out and earn your own money!

“Julian, if you don’t heed my words this time, I swear we’re getting a divorce!”

Under the mounting pressure from Daphne, Julian reluctantly dialed Zera’s number once more.

As soon as she answered, Daphne sprang up from the floor, snatching the phone from him with a fierce determination.
