Yvonne said. “Seriously, Eliana, I think Stella’s way more than she seems. I saw her today, and she was decked out in designer from head to toe. She totally gives off that vibe of an heiress from a wealthy family.
I’ve seen her three times now, and every time she’s in a different car, all worth millions. The last one I saw was the most expensive in the top ten luxury cars. How do you think she’s got so much money?”
Eliana let out a cold laugh. “With a face like hers, marrying into money is a piece of cake. Now that your brother’s done with her, she’s probably already found herself another sugar daddy.”
When Eliana heard about Stella’s ad campaign, she felt she needed to act fast. There was no way she was letting Stella get ahead of her.
‘She’s got a real knack for business‘ Eliana thought. ‘Looks like I have to ask Mrs. Lennox to get me into a crew!
“Yvonne, keep an eye on who she’s meeting today. If she’s with some old guy, snap a pic for me. I’ll need it,” Eliana said.
Yvonne instantly caught on.
She flashed a wicked grin. “Sure thing, Eliana. She’s in the room with her bestie, just eating. When she heads out, I’ll tag along and see what’s up.”
After hanging up, Yvonne had to admit Eliana made sense. Stella was an orphan. If she wasn’t cozying up to some sugar daddy, there was no way she could afford all that stuff.
Still, something just didn’t sit right with Yvonne. This place was crazy expensive. Only the rich and famous ever ate here.
After Serena and Vivian finished dinner, Vivian got a message from her dad.
She looked at Serena. “Serena, my dad’s here today to meet a business partner. He’s just next door. Let’s go over. The partner already left.”
Serena nodded. “Sure, let’s go see Mr. Quinn.”
Serena was carrying the gift Vivian had given her as she headed out.
Just then, Vivian’s phone rang. “Serena, you go ahead. I’ll be right there,” she said.
Serena smiled and made an OK sign, then went next door and knocked on the door.
It was Caspian who opened the door.
“Mr. Quinn, did you finish your meeting?” Serena asked with a smile.
Caspian smiled kindly. “Serena, everything’s settled. You know him. It’s Dylan. His project looks great, so I’ve decided to
invest.”
Serena paused, surprised. ‘Dylan? Really?
Dylan got real skills. As long as he got a chance, he’d crush it
Back then, the Ashford family shot back up not just because Serena brought in investors, but also because Dylan was legit.
“Mr. Quinn, really, it’s no big deal. Business is business. What matters is the project, not who’s behind it. For people like us, a good deal is just a good deal. I’m fine with it,” Serena said.

Caspian really thought highly of Dylan.
“Serena, that makes me feel better. But where’s Vivian?” Caspian asked, looking around for her.

Serena was standing close to Caspian, and Yvonne, who was nearby, spotted them together. She quickly whipped out her phone and snapped a photo.
Nice. Stella, you really are such a jerk,” Yvonne murmured.
Yvonne took the photo and left.
She couldn’t wait to send the photo to Eliana.
she texted: [Eliana, you totally nailed it. Stella really is climbing the ladder thanks to men. The guy in the pic looks so Familiar. Haven’t we seen him before? His face rings a bell, but I just can’t place him.]
Eliana took a quick look at the photo but didn’t recognize the guy.
she texted back: [I don’t know him either. Just hold onto this for now. Don’t post it yet. Wait until the timing’s right, like when their company launches a new product. I’ll post it myself then.]
As long as Stella is unhappy, that’s enough to make me feel good, Yvonne thought.
Ivonne: [Got it, Eliana.]
Eliana stared at the photo, her eyes gleaming with scheming intent. ‘Stella, you always make it so easy for me to use you. That’s why you’ll never beat me,’ she thought.
