“I’m in,” Alden answered with a smile.

Roland nodded, “In that case, go to the cliff to the south. Old Barrel will take you to Village Keeper’s secret base, where you’ll help him eliminate the guards.”

“Quest requirement: Kill the guards at Village Keeper’s secret base.”

“Quest reward: unknown.”

Alden frowned, feeling uneasy about the unknown punishment.

Could Rolan be planning to get back at me if the quest failed?
