“Our star designer–tell me, do you think these look good?”

Chloe’s eyes landed on Linda in the crowd. Linda froze at the sudden question. Staring at the twelve designs displayed on the giant screen, she had to admit they were perfect. Seeing them presented like this sent a shock through her.

Chloe kept her gaze fixed on Linda, clearly waiting for an answer.

Media cameras quickly turned toward them, eager to capture Linda’s reaction.

Linda’s expression tightened. Her voice came out cold and controlled. “Your designs are flawless. Because you stole my concept. You cut them down to twelve. With Cosmos Group behind you, all you have to do is give an order, and a team of designers will polish your work until it shines. You barely have to lift a finger.”

“You even studied the inspiration behind the designs before copying them. How thoughtful.” Chloe’s gaze turned sharp. “Too bad you only understood the surface. My ‘Four Seasons‘ collection was never meant to have twenty–four pieces.”

As soon as she finished speaking, the large screen behind her began to change. The twelve displayed designs flipped over one by one.

Each sketch revealed a new version in deep, rich colors.

“What in the-” The crowd was stunned.

The original light–colored collection had captured the energy of the four seasons. Now, with this transformation, every piece had changed–or rather, evolved. The shapes and patterns remained, but the color palette had shifted completely to darker tones.

Two color schemes. A whole new reveal. A different kind of impact.

If the light version expressed the vitality of the seasons–full of sunlight and life—the dark version carried mystery and elegance.

“The Four Seasons collection was designed with a special feature. Each of the twelve looks has a matching alternative style,” Chloe said, raising an eyebrow. “I planned to reveal this surprise after the launch. But here we are–with a shameless clout–chaser begging for attention.”

Linda stared at the screen, completely stunned.

“Ms. Lewis, did you forget? Tranquil Vision released our designs before Cosmos Group released Four Seasons. If we copied you, why didn’t you publish first?” Lonny stepped forward, looking smug. “You can’t push us around just because we’re a small company. Everyone, is that right?”

Online, people quickly backed up the timeline. Cosmos Group’s Four Seasons collection had been announced after Tranquil Vision’s Solar Series. That was Lonny’s main argument.

“Our designer Linda spent months on those original designs. They can’t just be stolen. I’ll stand up for her, even if it means losing this company.” Lonny sounded completely righteous.

“Linda, I was the one who personally delivered Chloe’s drafts to the company. You were the only person I interacted with. Right after I met you, the elevator ‘broke down. During that time, the drafts were in Chloe’s office. It was you. You stole Chloe’s designs.”

Diana rushed out and pointed directly at Linda. “From the sketches to the final touches, your work doesn’t compare to Chloe’s. Public opinion aside, what matters are the details. Who’s truly a top–tier designer is plain for all to see.”

Linda’s face turned pale. She never expected Diana to figure it out, let alone confront her publicly. But accusations needed proof.

Linda sneered. “Diana, you’re Chloe’s personal assistant. Of course you’ll take her side. You’re accusing me with no evidence. I’ll sue you for slander. And you’ll pay for it.”
