He Loves Me Right, Finally novel Chapter 181

After tidying up the house, Adriel made a simple lunch.

He cooked some pasta.

Wynette was already starving.

To show her full appreciation, she even finished every last drop of the sauce.

After Adriel finished eating too, Wynette took the initiative to clean up the utensils.

She absolutely refused to let Adriel get wet.

So Adriel simply stood beside her, waiting for Wynette to rinse the dishes before taking them from her and placing them into the dishwasher.

After the kitchen was cleaned up, Wynette pulled Adriel down onto the living room sofa and carefully checked the injury on his arm.

"Thankfully, it didn't get worse," Wynette said while looking at the wound and carefully applying medicine with a cotton swab.

Because it had gotten wet earlier, the stitched area looked slightly pale, but thankfully, the problem was not serious.

The gauze had already been removed, making the frightening wound clearly visible.

At the time, the doctor had used dissolvable stitches, so later they would only need to clip the thread ends.

Meeting the worried look in Wynette's eyes, Adriel casually moved his left hand and replied, "It's already fine."

He could still move with ease, and he looked completely unaffected.

Knowing Adriel simply did not want her to worry, Wynette softly reminded him not to be too careless.

Adriel obediently lowered his left hand and stared intensely at Wynette.

His gaze deepened, and the moment Wynette lifted her head to look at him, he leaned down and gently kissed her red lips.

When Adriel leaned in to kiss her, Wynette tilted her head slightly upward and willingly responded to the kiss.

She could feel the man's tenderness, and as though afraid of frightening her, Adriel's every movement was exceptionally careful.

Wynette slowly closed her eyes and lightly wrapped her arms around Adriel's neck.

She did not resist intimate contact with Adriel at all.

In fact, she even liked it a little.

At this moment, Wynette realized that she truly, deeply liked this man.

Step by step, Adriel advanced further, wrapping his right arm around Wynette's waist and lifting her gently into his arms.

Following his movement, Wynette cooperatively shifted herself to straddle his lap.

At that moment, she was actually sitting slightly taller than he was.

Wynette released the man and cupped Adriel's cheeks with both hands before lowering her head to continue kissing him.

Only when she was nearly out of breath, and her cheeks had turned completely flushed, did Adriel reluctantly release her lips.

His gaze burned intensely, his breathing slightly uneven, and the way he looked at Wynette was filled with possessiveness.

As though in the very next second, he might press her beneath him and completely consume her.

Adriel loved Wynette so deeply that, now that his feelings had finally been returned, it felt only natural that he would want to take things further with her.

But he still restrained himself desperately, afraid that moving too quickly would scare Wynette.

Wynette could feel the changes in his body.

Lowering her gaze, she met Adriel's intensely possessive eyes while her hands still rested against his cheeks.

Under Adriel's watchful stare, Wynette lightly pecked his lips again and again.

Unlike the deep kiss from before, these kisses were brief and teasing, leaving almost as quickly as they landed.

Again and again, she repeatedly pecked Adriel's lips while a faint smile curved at the corners of her own.

She clearly enjoyed teasing him.

Adriel did not move at all, merely watching her indulgently with eyes full of affection while allowing Wynette to continue provoking him with a bright smile.

Finally, after Wynette was fully satisfied, the look in Adriel's eyes suddenly changed.

Wrapping an arm around her waist, he flipped them over in one swift movement and pinned the woman who had been sitting on him beneath his body.

Before Wynette could even cry out in surprise, Adriel had already domineeringly captured her lips again.

Breathing unevenly, he kissed her urgently while staring heatedly at the woman beneath him.

Faced with Adriel's sudden intensity, Wynette was startled at first, and she even regretted recklessly teasing this man earlier.

Gradually, though, Wynette became lost in his passion as well.
