He Loves Me Right, Finally novel Chapter 96

Chapter 96 Stay Away From Him

“Winnie.”

At some point, Adriel had appeared behind him without him noticing.

For a moment, Noah thought he had heard wrong.

Until the man calmly walked past him. Noah’s expression darkened instantly.

Why was Adriel here?

And more importantly, what had he just called Wynette?

Winnie?!

Who gave him the right to call her name so intimately?

n the span of a few seconds, ten thousand questions exploded inside Noah’s head.

Adriel carried a thermal bag in one hand as he walked straight to Wynette and handed it over. “Here you 50. Breakfast.”

He completely ignored Noah’s existence.

Wynette glanced at the pink thermal bag in his hand, finding the contrast strangely amusing.

She had originally planned to order takeout after arriving at the office. She didn’t expect that Adriel had lready prepared breakfast for her.

Thanks.” Wynette accepted it with a casualness.

Adriel curled his lips into a smile. “My car was sent in for maintenance last night. Mind giving me a ride to

he office?

As he spoke, he even lifted his wrist to glance at his watch, looking slightly pressed for time.

Wynette shook the bag lightly. “Of course. I can’t exactly refuse after taking your breakfast. Consider it

epayment.”

The way the two chatted casually as if no one else existed only made Noah burn with even more anger.

Over the past few days, he kept stumbling across scenes of Adriel and Wynette getting along harmoniously. At this point, he refused to believe there was nothing between them.

Noah stared at the two of them. “Adriel, why are you so damn persistent? You really just won’t go away, will you?”

Every time he saw this man, he remembered the things Adriel had once said back at Rainmist House.

Now it was obvious. He hadn’t said those things just to provoke him.

Chapter 96 Stay Away From Him

It was obvious that Adriel was after Wynette with less–than–honorable intentions.

Finished

The thought made Noah immediately turn to Wynette. “Wynette, stay away from him. This man clearly has bad intentions. He…”

“What’s wrong with you?” Adriel looked at the furious Noah with amused mockery. “How exactly do I have bad intentions? Oh, because Winnie and I are close now? Noah, if it weren’t for you, would there even be those ridiculous rumors outside about the relationship between Wynette and me?”

His face turned cold as he directly questioned the obviously guilty–looking Noah.

Did Noah really think I didn’t know who had spread all those rumors about Wynette and I not getting along?

Adriel simply hadn’t bothered to deal with it before. That didn’t mean he still intended to let it slide now.

The moment Noah heard that final sentence, he instinctively glanced nervously at Wynette.

Unfortunately, Wynette’s gaze never landed on him even once.

She merely stood quietly beside Adriel, her expression indifferent, with absolutely no intention of intervening.

That sight hit Noah harder than expected.

Back then, Wynette had always stood by his side while opposing Adriel.

When had things reversed? When had he become the one standing where Adriel used to be?

Wynette turned to Adriel. “Let’s go. I’ll drive you to the company.”

With that, she led Adriel inside toward the villa garage.

Halfway there, Adriel suddenly paused. Turning his head, he shot Noah a blatantly provocative look.

That single glance nearly drove Noah insane.

Even after Wynette drove away with Adriel, Noah remained standing there in a daze.

Inside the car, Wynette glanced sideways at the man in the passenger seat, whose mood had clearly improved considerably. “What did you mean by what you said earlier?”

She was referring to the words he had thrown at Noah

Adriel carefully replayed the earlier conversation in his mind before finally understanding. “Oh. Most of the rumors about you and me not getting along were spread by Noah.”
