And Sebastian noticed that the more forceful he was, the more intensely she reacted.
It was an incredibly complex emotion to untangle.
When he pushed her to the edge, she would bite him.
With everything she had.
It hurt like hell, but he never stopped her.
It was as if, lost in the heat of the moment, his own restraint completely snapped too.
Until the entire situation spiraled entirely out of control.
She lay limp in his arms.
Both of them were covered in a sheen of sweat.
She didn't have an ounce of strength left, let alone the energy to argue with him.
"Psycho," he suddenly muttered.
That single word absolutely set her off.
Too weak to fight back verbally or physically, she just lunged and bit down hard on his shoulder again.
"Helena, are you asking for it!" he gritted out, glaring at her.
Getting bitten in the heat of passion was foreplay.
Getting bitten now was just torture.
His grip tightened slowly, his hand instinctively locking around her waist.
Suddenly, they were wrestling again.
"You're the psycho, asshole!" she erupted, completely losing her temper.
He didn't care.
Just then, her phone buzzed.
It instantly shattered the charged atmosphere.
They both looked over.
It was a call from Hope.
Helena was so exhausted she couldn't move a muscle.
She was almost ready to just give up and let whatever happens, happen.
So she didn't answer.
Instead, Sebastian let out a soft chuckle and smoothly picked up the call.
"Helena, why aren't you here yet? Are you still sleeping?" Hope's excited voice rang out.
In the background, the joyful sounds of the theme park echoed clearly.
