He Never Loved Me Until the Day I Finally Left Him novel Chapter 935

Helena acted as if she had absolutely no intention of even acknowledging him.

She turned and headed straight for the master bedroom.

He watched her intently, his gaze unblinking.

In the dead of night, a stare like that was enough to make anyone's heart race.

He finally stood up and walked toward her.

She didn't back down. "Sebastian, what are you doing? I thought we made ourselves perfectly clear."

He answered her question with one of his own. "Is he asleep?"

"Yes," she replied, her frown deepening.

Without another word, he suddenly grabbed her hand.

She froze for a second before instantly fighting back. "What are you doing?! Let me go!"

He remained silent, simply dragging her toward the front door.

She was completely baffled by his erratic behavior.

But because Kyle was sleeping, she couldn't exactly scream and cause a scene.

She was practically forced out of the apartment.

The door clicked shut behind them.

He dragged her all the way downstairs and shoved her into his car.

She genuinely thought he had lost his mind. "You're leaving Kyle up there all alone?!"

"He won't wake up now. And even if he does, he's not stupid. He'll just call me," he said, firing up the engine.

"Fine. Even if that's true, where exactly are you taking me?" she demanded, glaring at him.

He went silent again.

The car peeled away from her building.

She was absolutely furious with him.

She truly felt he was acting like a complete lunatic.

But when he refused to speak, there was absolutely nothing she could do.

During the drive, he did nothing but stare intensely at the road ahead.

She quickly realized they were heading toward the International Trade Center.

She rarely ever came to this part of town.
