‘Seriously, I’m not that clueless. Who in their right mind would ask for the sun?’ he thought.

Saul didn’t answer right away. Instead, he looked at Grace and Charles. “Dad, Mom, is it really okay if I ask for something?”

Since it was Nina’s idea, Grace couldn’t really refuse.

But Grace knew Saul had been wanting something for a long time, and she never bought it for him.

‘Plus, Saul is only eighteen. Why would he need a motorcycle? That’s just asking for trouble,’ Grace wondered.

Grace knew Nina was resourceful, but she wasn’t sure even Nina could really pull this off.

between Saul and Nina.

Grace thought she’d made herself clear, but to her surprise, Saul acted as if he hadn’t heard a word she said.

Practically bouncing with excitement, he whipped out his phone and handed it to Nina. “I want this motorcycle!”

Grace’s jaw dropped. ‘He is just begging for it!’ she thought.

Charles’s face darkened. “Saul, are you asking for a beating?”

Saul hung his head. “Nina told me to just say whatever I wanted. And I really do want it.

“My eighteenth birthday is just a week away, and I’ve always dreamed of having my own motorcycle. But you never gave me one.”

Honestly, he knew there was no way Nina could actually get it for him.

It might just be a motorcycle, but it cost more than a car, and the real issue was that one just couldn’t buy it anywhere.

“No, no! T-That’s not it!” Saul stammered, his voice shaking with excitement. “I’m just not sure. Did you really just say you’d get me this motorcycle?

“Did you actually look at it? It’s that limited edition, only available overseas, worth 2 million, the top-tier one! Are you sure you know which one it is?”

Saul was convinced Nina hadn’t really checked the picture and just thought he was asking for some ordinary motorcycle.

Grace chimed in, “Nina, don’t listen to him. Just get him whatever, no need to go all out. He is just begging for a smack.”

Nina just smiled, “It’s fine. I happen to have a friend with that bike. It’ll just take a bit to get it shipped over from Frontierland. Saul’s Ryan’s brother, so he’s basically my friend, too. I’m happy to spoil him a bit.”
