Chapter 159
‘We should have some fun with her. She’s sexy and an alpha. I’ve never been with an alpha female before,” he gripped my hair so tightly that I winced.
“The boss will kill the mistress after he learns she’s here. Is it worth it?” the other one asked nonchalantly. So she was telling the truth. Maleck didn’t know she had me. The man holding my hair tugged it tighter./
“Let go of me, you disgusting rogue!”
I cried out when he slapped me across the face, causing me to fall to the ground.
“Shut up!” he screamed. ” You Lycans think you’re so high and mighty. I have a score to settle with you for capturing my brother, so don’t make me kill you before my mistress.”
My eyes were still closed. He walked over, eyes on fire, and gripped my throat, placing me back on the bed. /
‘Vee, I need you,’
The rogue growled and walked away, but the scary guy with scars remained. He was missing an ear, and the scar across his face was deep and red, but he wasn’t bleeding. His torso had fresh cuts, too. He wasn’t healing, so it must have been silver laced in Wolfsbane. I wondered who did that to him.
I felt powerless and horrible being in the position I was in. What made it worse was that I didn’t know how my baby was. I said a silent prayer, and tears rolled down my face.
I had cried myself to sleep. My eyes snapped open. My left eye was burning and heavy. I couldn’t see correctly but could tell it was night now.
I sat upright. My eyes met the scarred rogue. We held each other’s gazes a moment before he spoke,
“She didn’t drown.”
My eyes blinked. His voice was soft.
“L- my daughter,” my throat was dry and hoarse.
“Hmm. I saw the man who did this to me jump in the water,”
I felt relief throughout myself. I breathed in and out. I was holding a sob. However, it didn’t guarantee she was okay. I was relieved that someone got her out of the water.
I wondered why he was so considerate as to tell me this, but I didn’t utter another word.
The door opened, and the dark witch and the other rogue who had hit me entered.
She looked frantic, glaring at me,
“What happened to her face? Her eye is swollen,” she grimaced.
“She insulted me, and I lost my temper.”
The witch only rolled her eyes.
“Untie her,” she ordered. I stared at her, confused. Was she letting me go? The gruff rogue did as he was commanded to.
I watched in horror as the witch pulled a dagger from her dress and walked towards me.

“Well, dear, it wasn’t fun having you here. It’s time to die,” she sang. This woman was pure evil.
Something in me flipped. There was adrenaline rushing through my body to think. I headbutted the rogue holding me from behind and kicked the witch with my leg. I turned to the scarred rogue and shoved him into the small closet. Things that were there fell on him. I charged at the evil bitch again before she could lift her hand to cast a spell. I pushed her against the hard ground and broke both her wrists, stomping on her right hand. She screamed in pain. Let’s see you do magie now, bitch! I hit her with the closest chair there was. As the other rogue charged at me, I swung the chair with all my strength and hit him with it,
“You fucking bitch!” he roared.
