Sinclair POV
That bastard put a hidden camera in my room! Thank the Goddess for the gift she gave me. If I hadn’t seen it, I may have done or said something in front of that camera I would have regretted.
Julian has gone too far. This is a total invasion of my privacy. I stripped off my top with my back to the camera and threw my shirt over my shoulder. I knew that the shirt would cover the camera. I walked into the bathroom, in case I missed, and then put a robe on before walking back out to the room.
I am so thankful that my aim was spot on. It was pure luck. I walked to the side of the bookshelf the camera was on and started following the wire. I disconnected the wire from the base of the camera. That way it would come across as the shirt tugging at it. Then I could see it was disabled.
At that point I breathed a little easier. I am so sick of these perverted men. Conrad, Chad, Ronan, and now Julian are all perverts. I’m still not over him telling his pack I was going to be his Luna. I’ve never thought about being a Luna, but if I were going to be, it would only be to Adrian.
He finally apologized tonight. We had a conversation, and it was good. Now that the camera is disabled, I picked up the controller and continued talking to him.
[Sinclair: Camera is disabled. How are our pups?]
[Adrian: Growing up too fast. Irene is starting to squeal. Phoenix is getting as big as Irene now too. Plus, they both are getting fat rolls on their legs. Freaking adorable.]
I smiled, picturing two chubby pups, squealing and happy. I miss them so damn much.
[Sinclair: I miss them. One more week, and I’m done here. I want to fake my death to get out of here. I am going to have Angelo join me.]
[Adrian: Fake your death?]
[Sinclair: Yeah. Julian has men following me whenever I leave the pack. I need to make it believable. I’m already planning it. Angelo knows when it’s happening. Our scouts need to be ready to get us quickly.]
[Adrian: What’s the plan?]
[Sinclair: As soon as I have all the details, I will send you everything. Right now, we are still putting it together. Just know, it’s going to be fiery. *winking emoji*]
[Adrian: I’ll have the scouts on standby.]
[Sinclair: Thanks, babe.]
[Adrian: I miss you.]
[Sinclair: Haven’t my videos kept you company?]
[Adrian: Every night. Your pictures keep me company every morning. Your scent is gone from my favorite shirt. I have your other clothes, though.]
[Sinclair: One more week. Then we are going to have one hell of a reunion, babe.]
[Adrian: I’m really looking forward to that, little sin.]
“You look like you are in a better mood today.”
“I got a full eight hours of sleep, and I have coffee in my mug. I’m good.”
He chuckled. “That’s great. Listen, after breakfast, I want to ask you for your help with something. I’ll pay you another sum of money for the job.”
Curious, I nodded. “Fine. But I need to deal with Conrad first.”
“Would you like me to accompany you?” he asked earnestly.
“If you want,” I said, pretending that I was okay with him. This is the same bastard who put a hidden camera in my room, announced I was going to be his Luna, and now wants to act like he is innocent.
“Okay. I’ll go with you.”
After breakfast, I go to the pack hospital with the letter in my hand. Conrad has started to recover. He is still on a liquid diet, but he is alert, and there is even some color to his complexion now.
As soon as he sees me, he looks relieved. “Sinner. Thank you for saving Chad and me.”
I looked at him sternly and passed him the letter. “Explain yourself.”

What happened to the storyline? After Chp 100 it is a completely different story! This is terrible!...
So many missing chapters and repetitions. A different story altogether from chapter 101...
