With just one word from me, the interest will start compounding so fast you won’t be able to pay it off in this lifetime.” As he spoke, he pulled out his phone as if to make the call.

Tyler knew it wasn't an empty threat. The two hundred million was already a crushing weight, and he couldn't afford to take on any more debt. He reluctantly backed down. “There’s nothing going on between me and Annika,” he explained, his pride wounded. “I was just worried she was going to get hurt.”
