JASMINE’S POV
"No, I thought to change things up a bit wouldn’t want you to live in a botanical garden.
Adding one more to the menu I finished dinner with his help, and he, Tony and I ate dinner together. Afterwards we talked for a while and even watched
When it came for Tony’s bedtime Louis and I accompanied him to his room.
"Goodnight sweetie," I said to him as he covered himself with his bedsheets.
"Goodnight little man," Louis said.
"Goodnight mum, goodnight Louis," he replied. "—Um, mum?" he then said.
"Yes?" I replied wondering what he was going to ask.
He then looked at me for a moment as if contemplating. "Sorry, it’s nothing," he then said.
Louis and I made eye contact wondering what that was about. My eyes then averted back to Tony.
"If there’s anything you want to tell me just know I’m here," I assured him.
He nodded his head. "Love you mum," he said.
"I love you too," I said.
Louis and I left the room and closed the door behind us.
"Good, now it’s just the two us," Louis said in a tone that had me concerned.
I turned to look at him and found him staring down at me like a predator.
"What do you mean?" I asked him nervously.
"You thought you could tease me like that at the hq today and I would just forget?" he said.
I recalled when I had teased in the elevator.
"Oh my god Louis, no," I said to him realising what he meant. I backed away from him. "That’s why you came to my apartment, isnt it? I knew your sudden visit was odd. Look back at the office I was just playing."
"It didn’t seem like you were joking, seemed like you were serious," he as he followed after me.
In a few strides he caught me and I whimpered as he pulled my body into his and pressed it against his. His arms then went on either side of my thighs and he picked me up so I straddled him.
"Wait, Louis. Let’s talk about this," I said as my arms wrapped around his neck and shoulders to keep from falling.
