Chapter 173: Decrypted and ready

JASMINES POV

"When will the DNA results be ready?" I asked the bodyguard who had entered my office to give me an update.

"The laboratory said they’ll have the results ready within 7 to fourteen days depending on their workload," he told me. He then placed a receipt he had received detailing the procedure and payment.

After Tony handed me Marco’s hairs the day before, I had the samples sent to a DNA testing laboratory this morning to get the result done as quickly as possible.

I would have gone myself but the people helping Diana were watching me so I’m sure they would be suspicious of they saw me go to a laboratory.i couldn’t send my bodyguards either in case they knew who they were as well. So Louis sent his own guards to do it.

"Okay then, thank you," I thanked him and dismissed the bodyguard.

"Pleasure ma’am," he said and he turned around and left my office.

I couldn’t wait till I got the results. Hopefully, they would come out before or just after my first court hearing.

Tony you’ve really outdone yourself. I would have to treat him one of these days.

Luckily on my way back to the garden house HQ now was waiting to kidn me this time.

Louis went in for a punch directed at my face

With my gloveved fists in position near my face I dodged and he narrowly missed my face as the punch grazed the side of my gloves.

I propelled myself forward and tried to punch him.

He dodged and countered aiming to strike again. I dodged once more and punched again but he easily moved to the side. This time his counter was even faster, his movements

My eyes widened as I saw it coming I tilted my body backward as his glove narrowly missed my face. From

He gave an impressed whistle. "Nice," Louis complimented my boxing.

"Hopefully, Coach Freeman will be proud of my technique tomorrow," I said to him.

We had gone for the boxing lesson with Freeman earlier today for our now regular weekend lessons and when we returned home Louis and I decided to further practice what I had learned.

"Maybe next time you won’t be able to stop my leg," I said to him proudly.

"Looking forward to seeing that," he laughed as he kissed the top of my barefoot which caused my eyebrows to look raise up in shock. He then pulled my leg making me get closer to him. His golden eyes were already on me I smiled as I looked up at him.

His phone in that moment then began to ring.

"....There they are," Louis said as he pointed it. He opened the first one that was titled deposit and then opened the other.

"Here it shows the initial deposit of 1000 and then here in this file here it shows edit was made to add 49000," Louis said.

Louis put the two files side by side. It showed my statements had manually been changed from showing the 1000 usd I received that month and then at a later date it was change to show 50,000usd had been deposited.

Louis then closed the file and opened the rest rest that were underneath that showed various purchases made during that month.

"Then these files here are all purchases made using the said 50,000usd," Louis continued. "However, that can’t be possible since you only had a thousand in your account."

Tears almost filled my eyes as I looked at the data. it was here. It was all here. Everything that proved my innocence.

"So there you have it" he continued. "The evidence you need is right here. You’re ready for the divorce hearing."

"I’m so happy," I said completely thrilled and relieved.

I’ll send these to the bank inquire who at the company made the change and who made the call.

I contemplated for moment about this. My lips pressed together in fear as I thought about it.

"Wait," I then said to Louis. "Let’s hold off contacting the bank until after the first hearing when we present the evidence in court alright?" I asked him.

"Why?" he asked in surprise.
