The guard and I turned to look in the direction of the phone I had left in the bushes.

"Oh my god what is that?" I asked concerned.

"Stay, here let me go and investigate," he said. He then quickly went toward it. The guard who had been heading towards the gate for the shift exchange also joined and went to join the other guide.
