I Fell for the Man Who Ruined Me, Then He Forgot He Ever Loved Me Back novel Chapter 290

Sienna frowned. "And then?"

Nathaniel turned his head, suddenly giving her a bright smile. "So I recommended you to him."

Sienna's eyes widened in shock. "Me?"

Nathaniel nodded. "Since Jorrod abruptly canceled the model's contract without a word, it put the director in a very awkward spot. Jorrod agreed beforehand that Director Sinclair would have full authority over casting this time, and he wouldn't interfere."

"Th-Then what did Director Sinclair say?"

"He said yes."

"..." Hold on. Sienna rubbed her temples, struggling to process her sudden shift in status.

"He said your image fits the brand perfectly. Plus, since you were observing on set the whole time, you'd adapt to the commercial's requirements much faster than an outsider."

"But I don't have any fame."

"Fame is Stellaris's problem to worry about. As the director, he cares more about the final visual presentation."

Saying that, Nathaniel stood up. The sunlight poured down behind him, framing him in a warm glow as he smiled at her. "So, I guess I should call you my partner now."

"I haven't even agreed yet!"

Nathaniel casually mentioned the compensation rate.

Sienna's lips twitched. "Right, partner."

Quentin Sinclair was highly satisfied with Sienna. Though she was visibly inexperienced, she was a fast learner. In just one day, they wrapped up the three initially planned commercial segments.

Looking at the young woman, Quentin didn't hold back his praise. "My eye for talent is as sharp as ever. You did great today. Keep up the good work for tomorrow's shoot."

Sienna was confused. "We're shooting tomorrow? I thought we were done?"

Quentin chuckled. "There's one more scene. We didn't do a test run for it previously, because I made some adjustments."

That evening, Sienna made a special trip to the hospital to visit her father.

George Quinn looked incredibly healthy, practically glowing. He didn't look like a patient recovering from a car accident; he looked like he was on a wellness retreat.
