"But the captain specifically asked for you."

"Got it. Just tell me what you need me to cover."

Dreading the imminent, suffocating awkwardness, Sienna wished she could dump the entire exam onto Penny.

But legally, a doctor had to conduct certain tests.

"Blood pressure, vision, hearing. You do those. I'll take the rest."

Penny nodded, leaning in and dropping her voice.

"Hey, off the record. Is this pilot hot?"

"Do you think he's some silver fox who's been flying for thirty years?"

"No idea."

"What if he's insanely gorgeous? Am I gonna shake the whole time?"

"You are a medical professional."
