Blythe's P.O.V.

"Dimples, you gotta stop pouting," Evander practically begged.
"Have they said anything to you yet?" I asked.
"Not since the last time you asked me... four minutes ago," he replied with a sigh.
"I'm worried," I said defensively.
"I know, baby, but it's only been a couple of hours. They probably just got there," he told me.
"I don't like this," I said as I looked away from him, staring out the window of the clubhouse. "Something just feels off about it all."
"You're just worried," he said as he came up behind me. He grabbed my shoulders and spun me around to face him. He smiled at me as he tucked my hair behind my ear in a loving gesture. "It's going to be okay, Dimples. The guys are gonna come back safe and sound."
"Okay," I whispered, trying to let his words wash over me.
"Oh, Bly, there you are," Nova said as she rushed into the room.
"Nova? I thought Diesel had you locked in your house?" I asked.
"I snuck out," she said with a giggle. "Just to come get you. We're having a girls' day at my place. I think it makes the guys feel a little better."
"Okay," I replied, walking out of Evander's hold. Maybe this will help take my mind off things. I feel like I'm a total dazed mess. I haven't felt very good at all the last few days. I didn't want to worry the guys about it. I think the stress is getting to me. I sleep like the dead, but never feel rested, and everything is making me nauseous and dizzy. I just need the guys to come back and this nightmare with Daniel and Sean to be over. Then I'll feel better again.
"Girls only!" Nova suddenly yelled, making me look up. She was looking behind me. I turned my head to see Evander following us.
"I gotta stay close to Bly," he told her.
"How close?" She complained, crossing her arms.
"I'll sit on the porch as long as you guys stay downstairs, where I can see you through the window," he replied.
"Deal!" Nova said, lighting up. She grabbed my hand and practically skipped back to her house. Which was a beautiful two-story home. Nova wanted modest, but enough room for a big family. And Diesel gave her her wish. When we stormed through the front door, all the other girls were there. Maddie, Aria, Bonnie, Riley, Willow, Coco, Roxy, even Hazel was there on the sofa, rubbing her big pregnant belly. The woman is due any day now. I was surprised to see her. Until Reaper turned the corner from the kitchen.
"You're supposed to be outside or gone!" Nova shouted, pointing an accusing finger at him.
"Gone? I'm not leaving my very pregnant ol' lady when she's on bedrest." He scoffed at her like she was insane.
"You promised you'd be outside at least!" Nova stated. Apparently, Evander wasn't the only man with that idea.
"I'm going, I'm going," Reaper grumbled before he leaned down to kiss Hazel. "I'll be right outside that door. Let me know if you need anything, anything at all, okay Pixie?"
"Just go," Hazel pushed him. "You're literally going to be ten feet away."
"Ten feet too many," he grunted before walking out the front door.
I covered my mouth with my hand, trying to hide my laugh as I watched Reaper join Evander on the porch. They were sitting on two rocking chairs that they shifted so that they were half facing each other. Perfect to look at us whenever they want and keep an eye on the surroundings. Reaper even has a small cooler sitting between the chairs. Apparently full of beer because that's what he handed Evander.
"Come on," Nova said, grabbing my hand and pulling me to sit with the rest of the girls on the floor.
They were all sitting in a circle on piles of blankets and pillows. Even the club girls were sporting sweatpants and tiny little cropped tank-tops. The other girls were actually dressed similarly. All either in sweatpants or pajama shorts with small tight shirts or tanks, or their ol' man's shirts. It made me feel slightly out of place in my simple green summer dress.
"Wanna borrow some clothes?" Nova asked me. "I didn't warn you that it was a comfy girl's day."
"No, that's okay, I'm comfy," I told her. "Where's baby Banks?"
"Sleeping in the other room," she replied with a smile.
"Surprised that Diesel isn't here too," I commented. "Or the other ol' men."
Nova rolled her eyes, along with Maddie and Bonnie while Willow snorted.
"Reaper's overprotective," Hazel commented, smiling as she looked out the window at her man.
"And if you think the others aren't lurking around, you're dumb," Maddie stated.
"No kiddin'," Bonnie muttered in agreement.
"I haven't seen them," Willow mumbled.
Maddie turned her head to look at Willow as a deep sigh left her lips.
"Y'all can come out now!" She shouted, keeping her eyes on Willow. "I know you're all here, and I know you're hiding in the room with the baby, you jacka.sses!"
We all shared a confused look right before we heard Diesel's voice cursing up a storm.
"I fu.cking told you they'd know," he said, annoyed.
"It's my girl's fault," Clutch said. "Maddie's got an eye for things. Shoulda known she'd sniff me out."
