Larissa's Game of Thrones (Larissa) novel Chapter 473

Damon was quick to heap praise on the command.

“A brilliant move! Truly worthy of you, Mr. Lincoln. You’ve already found a way to counter Larissa!”

When he saw that his flattery did nothing to improve Lucius’s mood, he quickly added, “Don’t worry, Mr. Lincoln. I’ll find a reliable writer to rush the script. We’ll fast-track the project and get it on screen before Starlight can even finish casting. By the time their version of ‘Heaven’s Will’ is released, the market will already be saturated. Their show will be dead on arrival!”

“If you fail at this, Gale Entertainment can relinquish its title as the top entertainment company in Regal City,” Lucius said, his gaze flicking to Livia before he got into his car.

“Go on, hurry up and console him!” Damon urged his daughter sternly.

Livia looked at her father’s face, which shifted so easily from fawning subservience in front of Lucius to domineering authority with her, and felt a wave of disgust.

To her father, she was nothing more than a tool to curry favor with Lucius and secure Gale Entertainment’s position. And once that was done, he would hand the company over to his illegitimate son.

Livia would never let that happen. And now, she had found her hope: Larissa.

After today’s events, her confidence in a potential partnership with Larissa had grown tenfold. Lucius would be defeated. Not just Lucius, but the entire Lincoln family would be brought down by her. And with Lucius gone, she was certain she could seize control of Gale Entertainment from her father.

For now, she had to be patient. By staying close to Lucius, she could gather more intelligence to pass on to Larissa.

Pushing down her revulsion, Livia adjusted her sunglasses and followed Lucius into the car.

Once they were gone, Damon turned to Magnus. “You heard Mr. Lincoln. Your handsome salary comes with expectations. I’m putting you in charge of finding a screenwriter and getting a script similar to ‘Heaven’s Will’ written. It must be done before Starlight Media completes theirs.”

Magnus nodded eagerly. “Don’t worry, you can count on me! Starlight Media is short-staffed right now; their project will be slow to get off the ground. By the time their show airs, it’ll be old news!”

And yet, he still foolishly hoped for a response.

Even more foolishly, he opened Facebook and searched for her, adding her as a contact.

A profile popped up: [Elusive-L].

“Buzz. Buzz.”

Larissa’s phone vibrated on the table. She glanced at the screen, reading the message preview without unlocking it.
