Let’s Divorce Mrs. Wright Is Done Playing Nice novel Chapter 251

Chapter 251

Evan was beyond furious. He stepped forward and clamped a hand around her throat.

“How the hell did you even dare, Stella?”

His eyes were red with rage.

But in the very next second, Stella lifted her leg and drove her knee straight into the most vulnerable part of him.

The pain hit instantly, and Evan let go of her on the spot.

When he looked up again, he was furious and humiliated.

Stella had no interest in explaining herself to him anymore. A real recording could be shoved in his face, and he would still call it AI generated.

Trying to explain anything to a man like that was useless. At this point, even a saint would probably lose their temper.

Forget one mouth. Even if she had a hundred, she still would not be able to talk any sense into him.

She rolled up her sleeves a little. “Are you signing the divorce papers, or are we going down to file in person?”

Evan said nothing.

Her tone was flat; as if she had no attachment left to this relationship at all.

Stella said, “Actually, filing directly would probably be faster.”

Then she paused and frowned slightly. “No, wait. There’s that waiting period, right? Fine. We’ll do the agreement. Let the lawyers handle it.”

The more she spoke, the calmer she sounded.

So calm it was like she was talking about someone else’s life, as if none of this had anything to do with her.

And it was exactly that calmness that made Evan’s gaze turn more and more danGrayus.

“You wanted the divorce so badly so you could be with Felix that you didn’t even spare the child?”

Stella fell silent.

The child. Felix.

Those were the two things she least wanted to bring up in their relationship.

She did not answer. She simply pulled out her phone and sent Gray a message.

Come to Mount Lara right now and pick me up. Bring more people. And bring weapons.

The child was dead.

She did not even need anyone to say it out loud to know that whatever existed between her and Evan was

truly over now.

It was the ending she wasted. The ending she had been waiting for.

Only that child…

There was nothing she could do. That was the child’s fate. With a mother like that, there was not much for Stella to mourn on her side either.

When Evan saw that she still was not speaking, his anger flared even hotter.

“The child is dead, and you think you can just walk away clean?”

He turned and sat down on the couch. He did not light a cigarette.

He only looked at her and said coldly, “Was I too good to you before? Is that why you think that even with a dead child, I still won’t hold you responsible?”

Stella looked at him.

Before she could say a word, Dora came downstairs with an armful of things.

“Get out! Get the hell out!” she screamed. “I’m telling you right now, I’m calling the police! I’ll make sure you go to prison! You can spend the rest of your life behind bars!”

She threw out all the things Evan had bought for Stella.

All the while, she kept yelling that she was going to call the police.

Stella did not care. Those things had all been bought by Evan anyway. She had never touched them. None of it was hers.
