Love Times Four My Stepbrothers Are My Mates (Alayah) novel Chapter 180

Chapter 180 Predicament.

Benjamin’s P.O.V.

After I met Aspen and Hunter Daniel asked me to move back into the Palace and I was more then willing to do so, but not for the reason he thinks. Yes, I want to be close to my new Daughter and Granddaughter, but that is not the main reason.

Jayce was the first one to come talk to me, it was on the day Hunter showed us all what she was made of. I still remember the look on his face as we sat in his office, an office he holds until he takes over from his Father.

Jayce looks nervous as I sit down in the armchair across from him, he asked me to meet him here and I knew it was important. I don’t push him into talking to me, he will start talking once he is ready.

Grandfather, I found my Mate.He says, but the look in his eyes tells me that something is up and I wait on him to tell me everything. My jaws drops when he tells me she is not of age yet and that he doesn’t know how to manage until she is.

Jayce, how long will it take before she becomes of age?I ask him and I really feel for him when he tells that for the next three more Harvest Moons she will not be able to tell.

Jayce, are you telling me that Hunter is your Mate?I ask him, even though I already know the answer. He nods his head as I see a sadness in his eyes I have never seen before and I ask him what I can do for him.

He asks if I am willing to move back into the Palace, keep an eye on Hunter while he goes on short assignments for the Council. I don’t think I can control myself or Colt if I am around her twentyfour

seven.

I don’t want to tip her off, Dad always told us that the underaged should find out for themselves. I want her to enjoy her life, not worry about an overprotective Mate.He says and I tell him I will keep an eye on her.

The next day it was Justin that confided in me and the day after that Jax and Jason came to me, each of them asked me the same question. Not to tell anyone else and now I have to keep a secret of my Grandsons to myself.

They are unaware they all share the same Mate and I wonder if this has ever happened before, but how am I going to find out without breaking my promise to my Grandsons. I don’t even know if I will be able to find an answer.

driving me and Reginald insane.

We don’t know where to look for answers or who to ask, I send a prayer up to my girls even though I know they won’t answer me. My mind goes over everything I have heard and seen, since I found out they are all mated to Hunter and I know they need to stay away from her as much as they can.

I have seen the looks they give unmated males at the Palace or the training grounds and I have heard them growl on a few occasions. So far they have been able to convince Daniel and Aspen that they are just protective of their little Sister.

Hunter luckily seems unaware of everything and is just enjoying her new life. Her Uncle was punished by the Council and is currently forbidden to come anywhere near the Palace grounds. Her Grandfather is a different story; he tries almost every single day to get close to her, even though he is not allowed inside the Palace.

Not that Hunter or Justice allow it, the both of them have no interest in that family what so ever and they make it known every chance they get. Justice mainly growls at him and Hunter gives him murderous looks.

When she turned fifteen Alfred gifted her the family jewels and she had planned on throwing them in his face, but Gabe had put a stop to it by saying, Princess, they belong to the female bloodline of the Lycan King. They belong in the Palace, even if you never want to wear them they belong here.
