’OUR MATE’S HERE,’ Drey’s voice erupted as Myra’s enchanting scent infiltrated Dion’s nostrils from a distance. He immediately let go of Elisa’s face and moved to the other side. Elisa, though offended a little, sneered in her mind. The goal she wanted to achieve was now just a step away. ’You can step as far away as you want. Even try going to the other side of the world. But soon, very soon, you will be right here~ .... Playing in my hands, crushed in my clutches.’ A coy smile played on her lips.

Alaric’s reaction was more or less the same. He was busy on a work call when Alex sniffed Myra’s clean, fruity, flowery scent. "I am busy now. Send me the report. "Holy shi~ .... Ohh yeah, I forgot," Wendy did an awkward laugh and then scurried inside to call Sandra.

’Who were those men? Were they sent by Nigel and the Long family, or were they sent by someone else? Don’t tell me~ .... they weren’t humans,’ my mind spiralled after hearing Riya ma’am’s revelation. Even those kidnappers, their teeth, no~ .... their sharp fangs, those guys were definitely not humans. But what exactly were they?

Someone is aiming for my family and me. The reason I decided to flee from Damona, the thing I dreaded the most, it was all happening once again. ’I need to ask Mrs. Johnson for more details. I will check the nearby security cameras as well. It will definitely give me some clues.’
