Lydia Brooks and Vanessa Vance peeked toward the S-Zone oceanview suite, better known as the Meridian Suites.
Smiles still lingered on their faces.
They were clearly enjoying the show.
Bianca Doyle and Isabella Lancaster's gazes snapped toward them.
Only Lydia, Vanessa, Caleb Sommers, and Jasper Sterling had come to watch the commotion.
Serena was nowhere to be seen.
However, when the two women's eyes landed on the four of them, their terrified expressions instantly turned venomous.
Unconsciously, both of their gazes shifted toward The Spire in the distance.
"Serena Lancaster..."
Bianca's pupils trembled violently as she spat out Serena's name through gritted teeth. "It has to be Serena!"
"She did this!"
"Those bugs... she purposefully let that Vermin Infestation into our room!"
"No one else would have the guts!"
"And no one else has the capability!"
Otherwise, how could it be such a coincidence?
Out of the entire island, why did only The Dreamscape Initiative's suite get infested?
Their other three teammates only found three to five stray bugs in their rooms.
But her and Isabella's room...
It was completely swarming with venomous pests.
That bitch!
How could she be so vicious?
...
After Lydia and the others finished watching the spectacle, the four of them returned to The Spire.
Along the way, Lydia laughed so hard she could barely breathe. "Haha, they deserved it! They completely deserved it!"
"Did you see Bianca? Her hair was a literal rat's nest, she was barefoot, and she looked like her soul had left her body! Hahaha! I'm dying!"
He slightly lifted his gaze, his deep gray eyes behind his glasses looking toward the girl sitting on the sofa, messing with her phone.
She looked relaxed, her posture completely at ease. As she looked down, her long, raven-like lashes fluttered.
The faint shadow they cast added a touch of softness to her breathtakingly stunning features.
Suddenly, Caleb remembered what Serena had said earlier.
She had said it.
The Dreamscape Initiative wouldn't be staying in the S-Zone.
So... this was what she meant.
No wonder their captain had perfectly timed their return to the residence.
It made perfect sense.
To gather that many venomous pests on a heavily guarded island in such a short amount of time...
Other than their terrifyingly capable captain.
Who else could it be?
